a very nice and talented engineer called Matt gave up alot of time to sort this problem out no thanks to bt. Our emails are sorted and the engineer sorted the computer initially. Ian and Christine

A young man rang to say he was able to arrive within half an hour. Seemed very knowledgeable. Listened to everything I needed to say. Checked my pc over and ran some tests. Very pleasant gentleman and explained what the problem might be. No hard sell and was very polite and courteous. Thank you Michael at tech team. If I need my ox sorting out again I would consider using this company again. I do feel the technicians should carry some ID please.

This company cannot protect your personal and private information. Do not transfer any money to them as they are unable to trace and refund when an issue occurs. My recommendation is that you use a reputable company with appropriate security in place. This is still an active case to obtain my promised refund but they are now gaslighting me when I request an update or any action that I need to take.

This is a clever idea - IT service house calls. I’m giving four stars for the poor explanation on their website of how the system works - a local person comes out for a prepaid fixed price of £95, regardless of the issue, plus you get some stuff (newsletter and online help for a year) I probably won’t use. It would be good to explain the system on the website, give the names of the local people on the team, provide a more flexible pricing system, and give the option of opting out of the extras.
That said, everything else was excellent - a quick response, easy to set up the meeting, and a very personable and knowledgeable technician in Jim who spent 2 hours trying to sort out a difficult problem and would not give up - finally succeeding!

We received a very prompt response from our initial enquiry and received a telephone call from the technician one hour before his arrival. He repaired our laptop during the home visit within 30 minutes. We would definitely use this company again.

Staff are reliable and helpful and you are never made to feel stupid. The technicians know their stuff and seem to be able to fix most home technology problems, even printers!
You get an initial call out included with your subscription and unlimited online help after that or you can pay a small fee for another call out if required. Great to find a company offering this much-needed service.
