Do not buy a voucher from wowcher! They do not communicate well, will increase the price and then fail to send any confirmation. They also ensured that we confirm and acknowledge their terms via email after i put in a complaint. On several occasions promised call backs and never adhere to the stipulated time frame! horrendous experience

Run fast, run far, don’t trust this company. They are a complete scam. Bought a Wowcher voucher for a 4night holiday package, they get in touch saying I need to buy another voucher and they can only do 2 nights. I try to get a refund, my holiday rep leaves the company. I speak to someone else who refuses to refund me because I only bought one voucher and not two, he tries to hard sell a holiday. I speak to another rep who says he can refund me but only if I leave a positive trustpilot review. I leave a positive review, he doesn’t refund me and never replies to me again. I’ve now taken the matter up with my bank who are going after them. Never dealt with such a scammy company

I called this morning and spoke to a nice young gentleman named : Primus , he was very kind , courteous, friendly and very patient to help me with my issue of a seat assignment. I command Primus for his level of professionalism.

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a 3-night Milan package through Wowcher for £338 on 17 June 2026, including flights and hotel accommodation. After redeeming the voucher and contacting The Travel Makers, I experienced repeated attempts to charge additional fees for flights that were supposedly available.

During my initial call, I was told there was a flight on 13 August and that I could pay an additional £69 per person for an earlier flight. I declined and agreed to the flight that had been offered. The following day, I was told there was only one seat left and was then asked to pay an additional £49 per person for alternative flights.

I was repeatedly encouraged to change my travel dates despite purchasing the holiday for specific dates. When I asked why the booking had not been completed after I had agreed to the original flight, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation.

The situation became even more confusing when I was told conflicting information regarding a refund request and cancellation charges. The cancellation fee quoted to me also changed during the conversation.

The entire process caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Based on my experience, I have reported my concerns to Trading Standards for investigation and would encourage others to carefully review all terms and conditions before purchasing.

Out of money there is no confirmation email for you holiday booking
They dont give you a refund they egnore what you say please avoid at all costs absolute nightmare

I had booked a get away for Rome and had Brett Castle helping me and the service was impeccable, the communication and help he provided was useful and was able to fulfil the needs I wanted. Amazing booking process would use again.

SCAM. Tried to rope me into paying them money by pretending to be booking.com. Spoke with Nick for one week before wasting my time with countless lies. Was also very rude. DO NOT USE!

Everything about this company is fake. Do not use them! Really unprofessional on the phone.

Completely ripped off after secured deposit, told our hotel room had been lost and an additional £200 was now due - upgrade to an apartment which was not clean or hygienic at all, outdated and in need of refurbishment. All inclusive snacks consisted of dried stale nachos , stale bread and gone off cheese ham and salami. Half way through the holiday we were broken into and subsequently all our belongings were taken. The hotel staff were fantastic were happy to reimburse the two days lost at their hotel due to moving - again the hotel staff paid for us to move for our own safety. No help from this agency whatsoever- would not help reimburse for flights get us on an earlier flight or help find alternative accommodation!! Avoid booking at all costs if you do decide to always check their reviews! Wont ever book with them again.

Booked a 3 person trip to rome,
The guy who was supposed to being booking the hotel and flight never did but I kept getting told he was busy and that he would, after contacting them for the 5th time they told me the guy had left without booking and the flight was no longer available, he said it's unlikely I can be refunded and i'd have to either pay £400+ to proceed with the same dates or change to a different destination but still pay and extra £171 and this time no breakfast was included with the hotels and it was downgraded from advertised 4 star to a 3star,
Very unprofessional and disappointing, won't be recommending them to anyone !
