I ordered tickets for the first NFL game in London, on october 2.
I was in contact with supportchat a couple of times, because I had questions about seating in different blocks, and I got help with ordering extra tickets at a later stage.

Bought NFL tickets for saints game, came a week before the game. Communication was good through emails as I was in 2 minds to wether the were a dodgy selling site. They weren't, my tickets worked perfectly. Would recommend of this experience

My experience was very positive. I had some issues and these were resolved quickly and positively. I am used to abysmal customer service from even big and well known companies and public services, but I got a real response from a real human really quickly.

The ticket I was provided was a really good one. Yes, it was expensive, but it was hassle free and that's what I wanted.

i am SHOCKED. I’m not going to lie I was pretty certain I had been scammed and the shock on my face when I actually got in to Wembley for Coldplay 12/08/2022 was something else. Everything about this website screams scam but e-tickets were sent through a couple days before the event with instructions on what to do (we had to print ours like every other ticket at Wembley) and then that was it. Everytime I’ve sent an email they’ve responded within a decent timeframe. I’m honestly amazed and will definitely be using ticketapt again

Ordered 3 tickets to see Coldplay at Wembley 12/8/22, was a bit unsure because I’d never heard of Ticketapt but gave them a go and can honestly say I had a great experience. Tickets I think were reasonably priced @ £70 each considering the size of the event. ticket downloads were easy and 5 days before the event. Will definitely use them again.

How long does it take to receive a reply from my email please? I can't find any telephone number to ring you. Coldplay dates have been changed and we are unable to go that night, we would never have booked that day due to work and children commitments so require a reply to my email ASAP please

Great experience getting tickets to 150th open. Tickets came a week before the event and was communicated clearly how they would arrive (via official Open App). No problems with the delivery or tickets and had a great time at the event!
