There was a pop up on the website which said I had to book parking first . I did this and was charged £2.50 service fee. Couldn't buy tickets for the event at the same time as parking. Had to return to website to order event tickets . Was then charged a further £2.50 service fee.

Your app does not work. Useless piece of unnecessary complication. My husband bought 2 tickets for this event which is TONIGHT. Wanted to share 1 ticket with me. Mission impossible. Apart from me having to create an account with Ticketed, I received 224 one time codes to *authenticate* for as many attempts to find a shared ticket in my account, which was non existent. Secondly, trying to see what data is in my profile God forbid to want to change anything as this is where you are stuck. No option to go back, or "Home" none of this, not even the back page on my device would work. What a basic, good for nothing app, clearly unfinished and in need of testing for the next 1000,, years. But even then I will not trust it. Apart for taking my details, what else is this good for??

Looking for help, site links don't work, only email support, no one works weekend, no phone number, ARE YOU A SCAM SITE AS YOU TICK ALL THE BOXXES FOR ONE.
Only automatic emails replied to update on tickets!!!!! MUST BE THE WORST TICKET AGENT USED!!!

TOP TIP: Register First as I had difficulty purchasing and could not work out what the issue was. Everytime I selected a seat I got an error message which was not helpful, advising to refresh and try again. I gave up for a short while before registering and then I was able to make the purchase. At no time was it obvious that need to register on the venue site before purchasing.

The whole experience of purchasing six tickets for the Belton Lights event had been a nightmare. The parking tickets I requested at point of sale were not added to my order however an insurance policy I did not request was added to my order. I have wasted a lot of time trying to sort this mess out. The outcome is a refusal to refund me for the insurance policy I did not request and, to add insult to injury, I was forced to pay an admin fee in order to be able to buy separately the parking tickets which, I believe, were not added to my original order due to some sort of glitch with the online booking system. What should be a lovely purchase for a family event has turned into a horrible experience, leaving me feeling angry and ripped off.
Further to the bland and totally useless response from Ticketet UK below, I want to emphasise that I feel totally scammed … I wonder how many other customers have had insurance policies they did not request or want added to their bills and how many other customers have been charged the admin fee twice … the customer service response has been truly awful … Ticketet do not deserve so much as a one star review from me and I will ensure I share as widely as possible my terrible customer experience with this awful company. Avoid, if you can!!

I ordered tickets for my daughter’s 2nd birthday the company charged me for the tickets but did not send any confirmation so I had to re book a second time which I was worried about. There is no contact number so I’ve left a message on the online form I am yet to hear about this

Scammy, sly middle man. Paid extra for refundable tickets, Mrs is 8.5 months pregnant and had a pregnancy related emergency on the day so we asked to move the booking to another date or for a refund, both refused despite choosing refundable option. I’m amazed companies like this are still allowed to operate and that they’re engaged by venues. £85 robbed from us, thanks a lot.
Further to their response, Foresty England were really helpful and did all they could to help sort the issue out, so the event organiser cannot be blamed. Ticketek website has no address and no phone number, standard practice for scam firms who expect high numbers of complaints and issues. Reading all the reviews it’s clear they trade on misleading people and being difficult to deal with so people just give up trying to get the refunds.

I had purchased the refund policy but it clearly said 100% refund . I booked wrong place on wrong day . Wen I asked for refund they said they cant ad i didnt read the tiny letters terms conditions which are hardly visible but 100% refund words u can see from miles . They should have refund policy if mistakes happen because its not that thousands of people make mistakes to get refund. Its very important to keep the customers set an example so they go and tell others wow your customer service. Best tool is understanding the customers and helping them

I purchased two tickets for the light trail at Wimpole Hall. I accidentally picked the wrong Saturday on the menu drop down selection. I had purchased refundable tickets, luckily I thought. I applied for a refund and they refused! Absolutely disgusting! My choosing the wrong date does not come under their refund policy apparently even though I had bought refundable tickets! This is outrageous. They offer refundable tickets, so you pay extra for the privilege of these refundable tickets and then they refuse to refund them. They are making money out of people by charging extra to do this but then not refunding the money anyway. This is false advertising and shouldn’t be allowed. I was taking my disabled mother as a surprise so now we can’t go as I can’t afford another round of tickets.
I won’t be buying anymore tickets from them or recommending them to people I know. Steer clear.
