Easy to use website and tiles were half the price of a quote we had for exactly the same tiles. The delivery guys were so helpful as they could see I was struggling with the heavy tiles. Would definitely recommend

I ordered around 55m2 abidos blanco tiles which were nearly non existent in the UK because of them no longer being made. This company imported them for me somehow, they've done everything what was promised and from 1100 tiles only 3 were broken but I got 5 extra anyway so at the end I got 1102.

Absolute cowboys! Ordered 9 very large tiles (600x1200) only for 7 to arrive broken. When we called report the said broken tiles, we were told it’s not their problem as we signed for it. They said we have 15-20 min to check the them all when delivered. One the delivery driver didn’t say so and two, didn’t exactly gave us time to do so.
After many, many calls and emails to their so called customer service and days of getting nowhere, the customer service manager suggested to pay for more tiles to be delivered , and he’d send some dummy/already broken tiles as well as the intact ones we needed, this was so he could fraudulently claim the delivery company (pallet network) was at “fault”, and then refund half the money we paid.
After all this the new tiles weren’t delivered when arranged (after taking a day off work!) so a neighbor had to sign not knowing the customer service managers scheme.
So after all that, we were never refunded for the extra tiles!! This was all drawn out over 3 months!

We had next day delivery and the service it was great.

We ordered 2 tiles and 1 arrived broken but the other was replaced and sent in perfect condition!

Delivery was quick and the tiles arrived in good condition and on a pallet making them easy to move to the space we wanted them.

I found the tiles we loved online with tile zone which were large format 120 cm ones. They were almost half the price of our local tile shop saving us several hundred pounds. I initially purchased too much adhesive at checkout and after contacting them was told I would get a refund which they promptly did. The tiles were delivered on a pallet securely without any damage. Would thoroughly recommend tilezone.

i bought 156 grey quartz floor tile loved them so much i bought another 47 to finish all my floors right thought the house they have been down one & half years and have had no problems but sorry to say i have run out of floors so i cant buy anymore, well floor tile ad leased, cant fault you the delivery and quality is exellent

I have ordered Rustic Split Face Mosaic tiles for my project. The quality of the tiles is really good, better than what I have expected as my expectations were based on the pictures from the website. Luckily there are some customers projects pictures which gives you real impression of the actual look. The price is really competitive compared to the local high street shops. Delivered on time, just delivery charge is a bit higher than normal charge, but this is very small inconvenience. Excellent product for very competitive price. I definitely would recommend it.

This company is a shower. Placed an order on their web site for the size that we needed. Completely the incorrect size. The delivery charge for the initial order £55.00. I explained the situation and the offer was another £55.00 for delivery and no help what so ever. I said that I will waste anther £55.00 for them to collect the tiles and refund the difference but no, They would now like £163.28, too collect and re stock 29 tiles!!!!!
