Great experience. I ordered online twice and was able to collect my materials just 30 minutes later. No queues, quick pickup, and convenient customer parking. Very smooth process.

My business wouldn’t function without Tippers. Great staff, decent prices, only hindered by occasional delays mainly caused by IT issues. Time is money and fast, efficient service is important to me

- Ordered online because it said in stock.
- Weren’t in stock so had to wait for them to be delivered to store
-No email or call to arrange delivery or update me
- Told they would be with me Wednesday but no show
- Called Wednesday, and I was told it would be first thing Thursday
- No show Thursday. Called again and delivery Friday.

Items were delivered Friday. Annoying when I get told delivery days and arrange labourers for that day, to be let down twice.

Would have been nice to be kept in the loop and be told when my items would be delisted, rather than chasing orders up myself.

Great staff on reception, yard staff were great collected all my order and brought it right to my vehicle.

Great company to deal with. Order delivered at date and time requested and product as described.

Although the online order was "picked" and available for collection, there was no communication to inform me. The website specifically instructs clients to wait for confirmation that the order is ready for collection before turning up at the branch.It wasn't until I sought clarification by phoning the branch that I learned it had been available and waiting for collection for four hours. Not ordering online and just turning up would have been more efficient.

What a super company to deal with. I'm just a member of the public needing timber at a reasonable price. Tippers fitted the bill - just what I wanted at a great price compared to local DIY stores.
Will use them again.

They're OK. They postponed the requested delivery date to the following week - suspect I was a low priority order. A paper bag of white cement was delivered wrapped in a plastic bag, turns out the paper bag was split at the bottom and cement was spilling out!
