This app started off great
This app started off great. But then there was “tracking” issue with an offer I was working on as I reached the higher payout tasks, the app stopped tracking. After reaching out to support, I was told the app stopped tracking and they couldn’t do anything about it.
Ok, weird ok I had no other issues prior so I let it go. However, my most recent offer I engaged with was paying until I got to higher level in the offer. This offer had two different ways to earn rewards, one was to level up and another was to to play a certain amount of cash games. My cash games tracked and I was paid for meeting those milestones. However, my level progress stopped tracking. I reached out to support and I was given a list of things they needed including me screen recording me entering into my top surveys account then to the offer to show my progress. It’s been over 3 weeks since I have received any response from them. I’ve sent 2 emails since with nothing from them.
It’s very frustrating to be ignored by a company.
I am hoping they will do the right thing and pay what is owed.

This site is a complete scam and tbe responses you see from the company contact us so we can help is just a smoke screen to make them look like they really arnt stealing the users money when you contact they first try to no answer and hope you just forget snd go away, whrn that dosent work they escalte it to a nonexsiting department to try and waste more time. So you will get the pennies foe the levels that pay nothing really when you stay and make the big rewards all of a sudden you ate never tracked they do t k pw ehats goimg on and its all a lie they took your money and you never get paid. If you keep at it they will finally get yoy a partial credit i have nevsr received what i was supposed to.

I spent 5 days completing a task and got nothing, it's a scam the surveys will be blocked mid survey and i spent more than a week trying to complete a task and then it was marked and complete but they didn't add the money to my wallet it's an absolute scam they makes thousands of dollars on our backs guys dont waste your time

Not a Serious site read everything I write. Beware!
Let's start with they charge you to withdraw the money you earn to PayPal. They have low paying surveys, you're lucky if you can get $2 CAD for 15 minutes of your time, which hardly ever happens. If you do a survey once you are finished, you are supposed to be redirected back, when that doesn't happen, they refuse to pay you even if you give them a screenshot showing the survey has been saved, customer service plays around with you sending copy and pasted responses saying they are not responsible to pay you even though they are the ones that offer the survey to you. Their head office is in Sweden, so if you even think of filing a small claim for breach of agreement, you would have to do it there and pay 3500 euros upfront to have the case in court. Do not sign up with them, stay away! I went through all this with them and in the end I deleted the account ! Has you see their response below an answer not even close to what I wrote, they just copied and pasted a standard answer.
