These reviews have been manipulated
These reviews have been manipulated. They pressure you into reviewing during the sale process before you realise you've been scammed. They are nothing short of criminals. They lie like youve never seen before!. I tell everyone I hear or overhear talking about buying a car here to not do so as Id hate someone to be in the same position as me.

Absolutely waste of time and money I purchased a car Peugeot 308 from this company and before signing any papers ask for the timing belt to be service and changed and to check all the car over.. they said they will do it now 10 months later and under 4,000 miles I’ve done the timing belt has gone and now they are tell long me it’s gonna cost £2000+ to fix it and I got the gold warranty out With them on which I’m paying and that doesn't cover It apparently but I have it in black and white that I’m covered absolute joke this company is would never!!! Recommend
DON'T BUT FROM TRADE CENETR WALES UNLESS YOU CHECK SERVICE HISTORY FIRST AS THEY DON'T
We bough a landrover freelander in 2019 from trade center wales and was assured it had full service history. It didn't and was last serviced in 2014.I asked trade center wales and they do not check service history they rely on seller telling them it has a full service history. So DON'T buy from them unless you check service history.I complained and they didn.t want to help at all.so customer service rubbish as well.BE WARNED
Cheers

Used car hell
Where do I start... Firstly if you’re reading this the other negative reviews all strike the same tone... if you want a cheap car you will need to haggle...and haggle hard.
I went down to the Cov branch looking for a second car. Finally settled on a Seat Ibiza estate. The salesman and his manager were both very friendly and we went on a test drive. I asked two questions to the sales man
1. Does it have a sales history and 2. Was it purchased at the auction. The first answer was he couldn’t find the service book, but it was an ex-lease car and that the Trade Centre take ex-lease cars and don’t purchase from auctions. (I later pulled a BCA sticker out of the glove box). We settled on a mutually agreeable figure and then had the wait to see a business manager. After a considerable wait we were wheeled into see a curt, verging on rude young man who tried to sell me an RAC warranty that would pay out on anything if it went wrong...needless to say I respectfully declined and left to collect the car the following day. (Total elapsed time so far...3.5 hours).
The following day I rang Seat to request the service history for the car to be horrified they had not seen the vehicle since it was delivered new 7years earlier. I returned to Trade Centre to cancel the sale and have my money returned. After a heated exchange for 3 hours we were at first refused to have our money back...and were bullied into taking the vehicle. We finally gave up, got a one year warranty, which is really useless because the car has no service history. My wife left so I then completed the sale. I was then finally passed onto the delivery “man”. He had poor hygiene and even worse people skills. No eye contact and just was not interested in giving any consideration to the purchaser as he raced through the hand over...”sign here”, “here’s your pack”, “follow me”....”here’s your car, you’ll need fuel”. The turned walked the the security gate, gave me a thumbs up and left. The condition of the car was appalling, and we had to have it valeted today (day after collection).
The car drives nice, and my mechanic will be putting it on the ramp tomorrow and the cam belt will be changed as a matter of course.
So in conclusion, I would not buy a car from them again, I will not recommend anyone to buy a car from them, and more importantly they have too many people processing customers (8 in our case). Buying a car should be a pleasure, not an ordeal.

Passed from person to person. Freezing building!
Wasn’t talked through the finance options. Got an extra £200 on part exchange just by asking. I would advise all asking for more. The make a large margin on the part exchanges.
Currently sat waiting for half hour, whole
Process has taken three hours. Most of the staff have gone home.
Customer service on face value all have been friendly.
When we asked about the MOT we was passed to the next person to ask and then at then end they asked us to call customer services tomorrow.

Arrived at Coventry branch and with…
Arrived at Coventry branch and with help & advice from Ashley C (informative & honest) a car was chosen. That's where the pleasant experience ended! From first sitting down to arrange the purchase to driving the car away took 4& 1/2 hrs!! When we finally got to the pick up point my daughter felt pressured to leave a review there & then , we were told the oil & filter change couldn't be done as they dont hold spares & one of the keys would need reprogramming or replacing so we would have to return. Finally my daughter got to drive her new car away , obviously we needed petrol , the nearest petrol station is 0.7 miles away , just as we had pulled out onto a slip road( a 30 second drive ) & inches away from joining the main dual carriage way we ran out of petrol !!! We didnt expect a full tank of fuel, but enough to get us 0.7 miles isn't too much to ask ! After a phone call & ten minutes wait with hgv's thundering past they came out & put a couple of litres of petrol in, I was fuming, my daughter nervous about driving the 40+ miles home .On the drive home a message appeared on the screen and when we stopped realised one of the number plate bulbs had gone , so when the car goes back for the oil & filter & key they'll have a bulb to replace too , let's see how that goes !!!
