what a massive scam after 4 days my car developed a bad oil leak knocking and a tinny chinging sound from the back wheels. Took it back i was told i had to leave it to be diagnosed and that they didnt have any curtesy cars available so recommended public transport. i have a chronic back condition and work late shift but was told there was nothing they could do. I still dont know when im getting my car back.They are unproffesional and have a real bad dont care attitude. They all friendly at first but once you sign on that line they change and couldnt care less. I would never reccomendtis company to anyone. Money is all they care about

Be wary of these reviews, they are encouraged at point of sale when everything seems really good.
It was only after purchasing the vehicle and after leaving a gleaming review while still in the office (I know how stupid that was of me) that I found out I had been lied to, to the sum of £1000. That's a lot of money to me.
Everytime i see a trade center ad my stomach ties in a knot and I don't want anyone else to go through this. They have not changed unfortunately, just become better at hiding things.

One piece of advice I could give people? DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
spoke to a man on the phone after applying online for car insurance. I told him my budget and what i wanted in a car to him replying "yes go down to the trade centre wednesbury and we have options for You". Turned up the next day to be ambushed by that many salesmen we couldn't get a word in. Found out they didn't have anything in my budget like the man on the phone told me. We ended up having a look around anyway and did see a car I liked. Talked about the price etc and said I would go home and have a think about it. The salesman was not happy because I wouldn't sign the contract even tho I said I had to go for the school run to his reply "can't you get someone else to pick your child up" ermm no sorry I can't!
Spoke to 2 people afterwards and asked how they found the trade centre to be told not to touch the place! Checking good reviews online I ended up going to Evans hallshaw west bromwich and purchased the same car I was looking at for a fraction on the price with perks. How can a company sell you a car with 28days guarentee? Disgusting. Will tell anyone who asks me never to use this place! Check the reviews online if you don't believe me! They prey on people who don't have the best credit rating and rip you off!!!!

Best place to get a new car. Staff have a good knowledge about the cars they sell.

When we purchased our car, we were advised any issues within the 1st month it would be dealt with by the team in Wednesbury where we purchased the car from and a courtesy car would be available if needed
Within 2 weeks we had a knocking noise when going over bumps in the road, we phoned up we had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment when they time came no car was available so re booked again for 2 weeks later and once again the same issue so had to take the day off work while they looked at it.
Was told it an issue with the mounts and booked it in again and told them we needed a courtesy car and then once again no car so had to have the day off work again.
Told them we must have the car back the same day only to be phoned at 4.00 to say the car would not be ready till the next day as they had found another provlem and there was no car.
So we went to the Wednesbury office and had to wait while they put the car back together NOT REPAIRED because even though they have 20 courtesy cars none were available.
We now have to take it back in again for repair.
Appalling CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Wales office and even if the Wednesbury office were understanding nothing could be done.
Just a note I was told they sell approx 200 cars per week and with 20 courtesy cars non available what does that say about the state of the cars being sold.
They quote 5 stars not for they after service
