I created an account 2 weeks ago and payed money into it with the purpose of transferring to a third party, after passing verification i started the process of the transfer, then bang all that comes up is account restricted and i am unable to do anything with the account. I "contacted us"on numerous occassions and had no reply ,instructed to check the dashboard for info - nothing.asked the chatbot given the same answer check dashboard.Tried to phone ,no numbers given were valid, asked chatbot to speak to an agent- nothing. Clearly by now i am very angry and want my £350 back but am getting nowhere. I CAN ONLY SAY DO NOT USE SKRILL THEY ARE DREADFUL

account restriction for what the avg person think might be an easy address verification that should not take more then few hours they restricted my account and did not let me use it for days now they dont have real agents nor and active number to call you might think since they dont have thoes too they might have the man power to check the cases fast but nope no chance

Account restricted withdrawing same money you previously deposited
My account got restricted by basically depositing and trying to withdraw 62 Euros (my own money previously deposited). I opened a Ticket (#33762632) and no reply yet. How would a service restrict your account because you try to withdraw just 62 Euro, the same money you previously deposited?
Can't wait to get my money back and close the account (though I don't trust them giving my money back). Thankfully I didn't deposit more. I tried WISE and zero problems withdrawing. You have been warned about Skrill, stay away.
