I wanted to cancel my booking 2h after I made it and contacted the customer service which assured me that it’s possible and I would get an email with an option to cancel the booking and thus get a refund within the 3-4 hours after they will check with the airline. However, immediately (1 minute) after I requested the cancellation I got the message that the ticket is not refundable. A bit suspicious since 1 minute is not enough time to check a booking with the airline. Since the reviews are insanely bad here, I would really recommend not to book with this agency! Also the emails I am receiving are not written in correct grammar, which appears to be unprofessional. Booking #FEV6GK8Q

I booked a flight through travelfrom.nl (TTN Eesti OÜ) and paid €465. When I arrived at the airport, the airline confirmed that no booking existed under my reference number or name, meaning I couldn’t travel at all.
I had already tried to check in online and contacted their customer service before departure to request help or a refund, but my messages were ignored. Despite this, they kept the money and provided no service whatsoever.
This experience shows a serious lack of reliability and accountability. I’ve demanded a full refund and will escalate the matter to EU consumer authorities if not resolved.
My advice: avoid travelfrom.nl, they take your money, but you will end up with no flight and no support.

I booked my flight thru this company because it was like 20euro less than booking from the website.
I didn't received the ticket. After few hours they send an email saying Tickets with that price have been sold out and that I will get the refund within 24h. Today, I got my money back ( therefore editing my review score). So its not a scam but still wouldn't recommend it as when I went back to book thru the company itself it was more expensive (the prince increased as time passed). It would have cost me less if I had booked directly from the company

I booked a flight from Madrid to Washington last year. I purchased the ticket in Jane for a flight in November. The day before my trip, I was unable to complete the check-in online, so I went to the airport to check in directly. To my surprise, the airline told me that my booking was not valid—my name wasn’t even on the passenger list.
I immediately contacted the support team, and they assured me that my booking was valid. But guess what? My flight departed without me. I was forced to purchase a last-minute ticket with another airline.
Even now, nearly a year later, I still haven’t received any update or refund.
Please, please, please do NOT use this website to buy flights.

Another company that sells something that is not available. I ordered a ticket today, 6-7 hours later I was constantly going through various chats, hard-to-reach phones and other robots until I finally got a message that I had to wait another 24 hours. I bought a ticket, I was supposed to fly out in two or three days, but they still didn't know if I was going or not. For me, it's like selling a pig in a poke. They just put out a product they don't have, they block my money or take the money right away, they don't have the ticket. So they say the ticket is pending, it's in the process, or that I'm waiting for it, and so on. In the end, it turns out that
In the end, it turns out you don't have that ticket, it doesn't exist at all. They were basically selling something they were hoping for, that there might be tickets, but they're gone now because they're very busy, there are a lot of inquiries. So they simply blocked me. I recommend it to everyone. They blocked me so I can buy a new ticket. I can't cancel the money then. I can't get a refund. I don't know if I can keep looking for tickets or not. You're blocked. And they're probably trying to haggle for €10 or €15. Some company built with young starters somewhere in a European tax haven. I'm trying to make money for someone else's time. It's just making money off other people's time. It's super unfair. It's a pyramid scheme. It's a senseless financial model for sick people and a group of people who just sit in offices and thought they could make money on something.

Read this before book! Real opinion
Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I definitely don't recommend the Kiwi website. They are scammers who are simply trying to sell something they don't have. I ordered a ticket that I paid for, and my flight was in 10 hours. It was always charging. First, you have to wait 5 minutes, then 20, and then up to 24 hours. In short, they sell something they don't have. Then they try to confirm the ticket, and you have to wait and you don't know what to do next. Can you buy a new ticket, can you fly, or will you get an answer? You can't get a refund because then it's your fault. And only 4 hours before the flight, they wrote to me that they couldn't allocate seats, so I won't be flying after all, so I have to deal with it myself. I had to wait a day longer in another city. In the meantime, I could have paid extra and flown with another airline or found something for the same price that would have a certain one. I told the hotline the same thing, that they simply sell a product they don't have. It's like going to a gas station to fill up with fuel and they say you have to wait 24 hours because maybe they'll deliver, maybe they're not scammers. Her next one. marketing move never again

Worst agency I ve ever booked.i was trying for 8 days to add in my ticket 3 puppy's that were adopted to NL and 1 day before travel they added it,but guess what?I didn't had my booking reference number and still waiting even though I paid extra 5€,to send it to me.of course I traveled and the puppies will travel with a van 36 hours because of them.

Somehow Travelfrom completely changed the @... part of my emailadress. This caused us to not be able to check in. They made us pay €55 per person (!) extra to get checked in at the airport. Complete scam and waste of money. Don't ever book a ticket here.

We had a documented medical emergency during our holiday in Indonesia—my wife was hospitalized—and we had to cancel our flights. Instead of helping, they sent an impossible list of bureaucratic demands that we could never meet. They added immense stress to an already traumatic situation.
Don’t book here. The illusion of saving a few euros is not worth it. Spend a little extra to book with a company that won't abandon you when you need them most…

We couldn't check in online. We called and tried to request help via WhatsApp. They quickly got back to us by phone and WhatsApp, and the problem was resolved. I'm very satisfied, thank you.

I booked a ticket from San Francisco to Washington Dulles Airport, with a scheduled departure around 11:00 PM local time. At the San Francisco airport, I successfully checked in under my name and dropped off my luggage. After waiting a couple of hours for boarding, I attempted to board the flight. However, when they scanned my boarding pass, an error occurred. I was asked to wait until everyone else had boarded. Eventually, I was told that my ticket was invalid due to fraud associated with it.
This issue was entirely the fault of Travelfrom.nl.
I immediately contacted their customer service and was understandably furious. I had no choice but to book a new flight for the following morning at around 10:00 AM, which meant spending the entire night at the airport. As a result, I missed important appointments scheduled for the next day. The airline—Alaska Airlines—offered no support other than advising me to purchase a new ticket. They showed no concern that I had been left stranded due to Travelfrom.nl’s negligence.
During my call with Travelfrom’s customer service, I was instructed to purchase a new ticket and send the receipt for a refund. I followed their instructions precisely. Despite multiple follow-up calls, they told me the refund would be issued by July 28, 2025—but I have still not received anything. Additionally, calling their customer service from the U.S. is costly, and they have since stopped replying to my emails requesting updates.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for two tickets; one of which was invalid due to their incompetence, and now I’m being ignored. I am still waiting for the promised refund and expect this to be resolved promptly. You cannot sell fake or invalid tickets to customers, strand them, and then simply ignore their concerns.
UPDATE August 18, 2025
I have still not received any refund nor any updates. Travelfrom is deliberately ignoring my emails and questions. Whenever I call them, their answer is always the same: they’re waiting for a response from the responsible team… WTH is that? I am now forced to take legal actions against travelfrom.nl
They take no responsibility for their faulty actions. This is utterly ridiculous.

You have only refunded a part of the total amount, which was not what we agreed upon. And also, this took place after I updated this review, before that I did not hear anything from you. The airline in question does not even know about any contact or claim from you. I expect the remaining amount to be refunded as well. What you’ve refunded doesn’t even cover the costs for calling to your customer service number (international). The total amount that I had to pay for a new ticket and staying at the airport during the night because of your utter incompetence and scam, cost me $628.99. You have decided one-sidedly to refund €187, that is ridiculous.

To all readers, please be aware:
This agency has not refunded the amount I originally paid for my airline ticket. The only money they sent me back was for the extra ticket I had to buy directly from the airline at my own expense – which they call a “reimbursement.” This is not a refund for the fraudulent ticket they originally sold me.
Up until now, they have never explained the real issue with the original ticket I purchased from them.
I am sharing my evidence and information here so other customers can avoid falling into the same trap:
1. Ticket Number Discrepancy
• A legitimate Japan Airlines ticket number should begin with 131.
• My ticket, however, began with 027 – which belongs to Alaska Airlines.
• This means my Japan Airlines flight segment was issued under a completely different airline’s ticketing system.
2. Suspicious Contact Information on the Ticket
• The passenger contact details linked to my ticket included:
• A U.S. personal mobile phone number (not mine)
• A Chinese email address ending with @163.com (also not mine)
These are clear signs that the ticket was issued through a third-party frequent flyer account that did not belong to me, and possibly obtained through unauthorized or illegal sources.
Despite multiple emails and attempts to reach them, they have never provided a clear explanation of what went wrong, why the ticket was invalid, or why it was issued this way in the first place.
Update on 1st August 12:30 AMS local time
Dear Readers,TTN, Travelfrom.nl
If a flight ticket becomes unusable due to an airline’s operational issue, it is understandable that an online travel agency would not be held responsible for causes beyond their control.
However, in my case, the ticket problem was not caused by the airline’s operational issues, but rather because the ticket appears to have been illegally issued. This is a completely different matter.
To this day, the agency has refused to:
• Provide any clear explanation of why the ticket was invalid
• Publish any investigation results
• Disclose the details of how and from where this ticket was obtained
Because of their silence and refusal to be transparent, I strongly believe they should:
1. Refund the full amount I originally paid for the ticket
2. Compensate me for the cost of the new ticket I had to purchase in order to continue my trip
If they will not be honest and transparent about their investigation, I will take the step of making the ticket-related information public, so that everyone can form their own independent judgment.

And please think carefully:

Never ever book here. They literally give me invalid tickets and the airline doesn't even know that I'm on the list. For the love of god, pay that extra small amount of money direct from the airline. It's not worth all the stress.
Also chatted with Liudmyla who is super incompetent and arrogant. She basically laughs at you and gives the same answer every time.
Honestly, I never write reviews but this one drove me so far to write one. Don't ever ever book here.
As been in customer service myself they will give me a copy paste reply under this like they do with everyone.

Today, I booked two flight tickets from Penang to Kota Bharu. I paid for them in full, and shortly after, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled at my request. This is absolutely false – I never canceled the order!
Now I'm out of my money and have received absolutely no refund. I expect every single cent back, as I feel completely scammed by this airline.
How do you intend to resolve this? I demand a full refund immediately.
