SCAM

SCAM! DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Just got to the airport for a flight from MAG - AMS and this scam website canceled my ticket before. I had to check-in at the airport, which is already strange because I fly this route every month, but once at the airport the crew saw right away that it was a scam. It happened already 50 times at the Malaga airport alone.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDITCARD DETAILS.

They will purchase tickets for other people with your creditcard, and cancel 2 days before.

Then they sell your creditcard on the black market, this is how the scam works. DO.. NOT... PURCHASE... HERE!!!

Got scammed for 245 euro.

REPONSE TO YOUR REACTION:

I'm sure you take it seriously, as do I. I stood at the airport without a ticket because it couldn't be found. The airport staff acknowledged that you guys scammed multiple people that day alone, imagine the other airports. Read all the other reviews on this platform alone about you guys.

You will do nothing to resolve this case, I'm sure.

Also I will report this to the police next thing tomorrow. It's been a long day for me. Disgusting people, you should be ashamed.

Terrible service

Terrible service, got a flight AMSTERDAM-WARSAW and they canceled 2 days before, i gave them options to solve my problem and they refused , STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY , and as you can see from other review they are SH1T

Bad company dont trust them

I book my ticket from Amsterdam to Doha and Doha Amsterdam. One women her name is selina answer me on the phone. I told here I still dont have my ticket after one day. She say all the time it is in the proces. I told Here I want to cancel she you can not because it is in the proces. I told Here about the internationaal law that I have the right to cancel before 24 hours when I book the ticket. She say you can not. This company playing game and use other people money. What they do i wrong there is no ticket what they do woooke but and after that they Will found fly company to but from them very cheap. This horrible. They are liars. Dont but from this company

Avoid this agency

I think travelfrom worth one more "star"
Money for not existing ticket (see my previous reviews) returned after one week and three emails sent to "travelfrom" instead of promised 24 hrs.
Also they tried to assure that money is on hold in my bank and so on bullshit..

Fixing a typo cost me 70 euro

Because of a typo in a name I had to pay almost the full price of the ticket just to fix it. Ripoff!!

LIES!!!!!

They show you reasonable tickets, allow you to book and pay for it, only to send you an email a day later if not 48 hours, to let you know they couldn't proceed issuing it. This is the second time with them. Never in all my years of booking with 3rd parties have I had any issues, in fact my tickets would be in my email within minute. Travelfrom sounds like a scam

FRAUD!!! Classic PONZI scheme!

Avoid at all costs!!!
They take your money by having a very competitive price for a ticket and then they don't proceed with Issuing it.
They just keep the money waiting for other victims to.pitch in so they pay for the previous a refund with another excuse saying there are no tickets you are not in the system etc.
It's a classic PONZI scheme!
They give excuses that their system takes up to 48 hours which is nonsense.
100 other third party providers do exactly the same job and issue within minutes.
Have already filed fraud charges with my lawyer and contacted my bank.
Eventually they will go bust as it always happens and then thousands will be left with nothing.

Exceptional Customer Service Experience!

I recently booked a flight on this website after being redirected from a comparison site, and this was my first time using it. Normally, I book directly through airline websites, but since it was last minute, I couldn't find any available flights there.

I had a few questions, so I tried reaching customer service by phone, but the call kept getting disconnected. I then opted for the online chat, and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the support I received.

Yuliana Huliieva was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with all my questions, and I’m really grateful for her outstanding assistance. I truly appreciate her excellent service.

Now, I just hope everything goes smoothly with my flight, but so far, I'm very happy with the customer service!

Fast, smooth, kind and with humor

Catch/Hidden Risk

Booked a direct flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket, after booking it was revealed that there’s a stop in Bangkok which means the boarding time from 12:30 has been moved to 9:35. Devastating for our planned trip through Thailand, cannot recommend this by any means.

However they will not let me speak to a manager or anyone who can help solve this . I just get told the same thing again and again and that it's still being looked into . Don't understand how they can be still trading after the amount of people reporting them for unprofessional conduct!! The law states travelfrom owes me money!! Not flybe! Been to see a lawyer today and they say you are responsible because I booked through your company!! You can't make the law up as you go travelfrom!! 💯 ripped me off

Everything went great!

Travelfrom.nl had the cheapest tickets to fly that I had seen for 1-2 months, I managed to get a ticket for half the price other airlines and agencies were offering.
I was a little sceptical to book with them at first due to the reviews on here. However, I feel like some of the reviews have judged them unfairly, they are definitely not a scam. Sure, maybe making changes to your flight is a more complicated process than with the airline itself, but that’s always the case with any 3rd party booking agencies.
They offered a service and they provided. Thanks!

Better than expected

I was lucky enough to find tickets with my favorite airliner through Travelfrom. I was able to save 50% off the original price, for the same tickets being sold on the actual airliner website. Sure, I wasn't able to pick specific things about my flight during booking like choosing a seat, changing bag allowance or checking in online but it turned out fine and I even ended up getting a great seat by the window, at zero cost, also checking in at the airport was not a problem considering I paid a lot cheaper for these tickets. The impression I got from booking with Travelfrom is that you get exactly what you pay for, thus having said that I am quite satisfied. All things considered, everything went smoothly from receiving my tickets via e-mail to the actual flight. I shall definitely be booking trips with them again.
