We booked tickets for a domestic flight in Malaysia. After paying we received a payment confirmation but a day later we received notice that the tickets were no longer available for the agreed upon price. When asked how this was possible and what solutions could be provided, we did not receive any helpful information. Honestly, we believe it is an unfair system to offer tickets for a certain price and after this is paid, to back out and offer the same tickets for a higher price instead of doing the correct thing and paying for the difference as the provider of the tickets.
Luckily enough we were able to buy new tickets as the next day the flight was completely sold out.

I don’t recommend this agency especially when you are in a problem such as name correction. They have no capacity to help you and above all they have unqualified call center workers.

I bought 3 ticket from Amsterdam to istanboel return and I found my self with ticket departing from another land that don’t even know . Request a refund but I was not able to accept it or confirm it because it was on the junk
They asked me to do again and same I receive the request to confirm on the junk and to my surprise the amount is even not 1/3 of the whole what is this campany and it is in Europe and in the Nederland howwww it comes here you buy sth you can return or get your money back

They have a lower price than other sites, but after booking (transfer/openbank) and the money having left my account. They said they didnt receive it and cancelled my flight.
So now I am out of my money and without a ticket, my bank said they should have received it and I should claim the money back.
But looking at the reviews here that will be difficult all by itself.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Most of the positive reviews are fake. I've been trying to get a refund for a reservation for which I paid more than 290 euros. The airline states that they NEVER received a confirmation from them, and the flight I was supposed to be on DID NOT EXIST!
I've been trying to contact customer support, but they just keep asking for documents that I've already provided!
Save yourself time and money; don´t deal with this fraudulent company.

I have been getting help from Olha each time I contact travelform and honestly, they really take their time to help me with my issue. I could not add extra luggage by myself and had to ask for help. Response time was quick and thorough. I wish I could see a bit more information regarding the handling time, when my request will be processed and all that because now I had to contact Olha many times seperately. Regardless, Olha helped me greatly.

Getting very annoyed with Travelfrom.nl. First of all, you get constant changes to your ticket which you have to accept within a certain timeperiod otherwise a fine. secondly, changes they suggest have a very short lay over (on airports where as a EU citizin you have to go through immigration which takes a long time). Please think Travelfrom, why would I otherwise use your service!
Thirdly, if you want to change your ticket you have a very short response time. If you don’t meet this very short response time you have to fill in the form through the website all over again.
And lastly, guess what happened then: they send me a completely new itenarary with again a very short lay over time and costing 1100 euro more than the one they sent me before (of which the deadline I didnt meet.
So where are we now? I have a proposal that doesnt bring me one step further but which costs me 1100 euro more. What are these people doing? Travelform, your head is clearly somewhere else.
People, Do not use this agent. I repeat: do not use Travelfrom.nl

I got a new proposal. The third one. Extra costs 4034 euro. Yesterday the costs were 44 euro. What happened in between can be read in my text above. I will leave it to the readers of trustpilot what they think of the way you are doing business Travelfrom.nl.

No, your service is not up to standard.
You sent a proposal that was acceptable which expired within half an hour.
If your know the response time is so short, warn clients, give them a call. That is why clients book through an agent.
Secondly, you made a new proposal after expiry of the first, which was wrong (lay over was too short). The costs were then 1100 euro.
I had file a new request, you then came with a proposal for the original flight but now not 44 euro nut 4000 euro. (Ah I forgot, another mistake in between, but who is counting mistakes at this point).
All done in an automated way like no one with any common sense had looked at it before pressing the send button.
My point is, your service is bad. Why?
1. At the most crucial point you do not provide the customer with the information that will get them what they need.
2. You make many mistakes.
3. Your system is bureaucratic and seems to be done in a automated way. No common sense is involved (or your employees lack it.
In conclusion. My problem is not solved and you have stolen valuable pleasurable time from me during my holiday. WHilist you are paid to provide the exact opposite.

Yesterday in the afternoon they canceled my ticket.Going to L.A.(LAX) they said it was fully booked.And then i book another flight in the Evening.I just message them more than 4 times what is the update of our ticket.until now more than 8 hours still waiting my confirmation if the Airlines will allow us to travel.
This is my first time that i booked in this agency and i will not repeat anymore.

I have a flight today july 19,2024 but this company move it by saturday tomorrow july 20.2024, because they offer me alternative flight and and its already 5 days ago and they said to expedite the request to the airlines until now still now no re issue ticket and dont receive any iterinay.
My stress is to the highest level

If you are lucky you can buy tickets cheap. If you are unlucky then you end up with big problems.
Our return flight got canceled. The helpdesk did not do anything. They take the phone, say they will look into it and that we will get an email about the status. Called them 3 times and 3 times same 'trick'. Never got an email about the status. Lost about half a day with this.
Fixed the problem with the airline myself. Now they write that they could not reach me on the phone.
If you want a reliable service. Don't book here!

We booked a flight at 15/8/2024 at 16:40 and after making plans the flight was abruptly delayed to 19:05. We asked to switch to an earlier flight, they told us they do have one for us in the morning and that we need to approve, so we did. Unfortunately they later reached out to us and told us that they canceled our confirmation and it will not be possible and that there’s another flight a day earlier. We immediately approved despite the added costs of staying another day. But that was canceled too. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
