they took 250 euros from me

they took 250 euros from me: BXW7U1DR. and there are no tickets. I just asked them give my money back but my money is not back since 1 day. The thing is prices are getting higher and higher and they just blocked my money. keep saying "oh we understand you feel bad because you coyldn't buy cheap tickets from us" etc. etc

NO! The problem is you simply took and blocked my money! I don't care if you don't sell cheap tickets! Just don't take money if you are not selling a ticket! I see all posts similarly so do NOT rely on this firm!

It is the first time and maybe the last…

It is the first time and maybe the last time I use your services.
The ticket price increased just after i completed my personal data and before I completed the payment.
Tickets prices do not just increase when a customer is filling in personal data. By the way, I did a new search for the same ticket on my other device and it showed the previous low priced ticket...
I am not after any compensation or reply, I am just raising a flag...

After a canceled flight

After a canceled flight, I had to book two new flights on my own initiative to get to my destination. These tickets were refunded in no time. Thank you Oksana for the excellent service!

you need to READ this before reserve a ticket with them

I reserved a ticket with them for a flight after 4 days. I didn't receive the ticket, so I contacted customer service, and they told me the confirmation would come after 48 hours. Subsequently, I requested a refund, but I didn't receive a response. Later, I received an email stating that they couldn't provide me with the ticket, and still, there was no refund. I had plans to travel in 4 days. In conclusion, they don't actually have tickets; they advertise an old price on Skyscanner, and when you make a payment, they make you wait for 48 hours before informing you that they couldn't provide the ticket. As a result, you're left waiting indefinitely for a refund. It's a big scam. I have screenshots of everything, and I've already contacted my bank. I will report this fraud everywhere until I receive my money back. When I read the reviews, I thought people were exaggerating, but now that I've experienced it myself, I urge you to save your money.

Edit on 8th of May. I got my refund in short period of time.

Quick and complete

Despite all the bad reviews my experience was good. There was an error after doing the payment which didn't redirect me to the confirmation page. Customer service was swift with their reply (Sofia Melnyk) and sent me the e-tickets immediately. Shortly after also received the confirmation email

My flight got cancelled and it is…

12/04/24 - My flight got cancelled and it is taking 8 months and counting for them to give a refund of the ticket.

17/04/24 - Although it is taking 8 months for the airline to refund my money to travel form or to inform travel form. 1 day after writing this review the airline suddenly refunded the money back to travel form so they instantly can give me back my money for my cancelled flight.
I will never book with them because they try to delay and hope you forget or leave it and steal your money unless you write bad reviews!

Great customer service but strange booking system

I booked a flight with Travelfrom and didn't receive a confirmation email so I messaged them on their live chat: Andriiana confirmed I would receive a confirmation in 48h but I panicked because I read all the negative reviews on Trustpilot. Not much later I received an email from Oksana saying that the flight I booked wasn't available but that they were able to offer me a cheaper one or a full refund. I opted for the full refund because again I was stressed by all the bad reviews. Finally I received my refund in less than 24h.
I agree that it is unusual to accept bookings without having the certainty they can secure the spots on a flight, but I have to say their customer service has been extremely friendly and responsive! If I hadn't checked Trustpilot I would have most probably accepted the alternative flight and kept my booking with them.
