They have canceled my return flight and they are offering me another one the next day that I cannot take. I have asked for a refund but they tell me that I have accepted the change on their pathetic website, which is not true, and that I cannot make any changes.
Customer service is horrible, whether by phone, chat or email.
It is very scary to put your trip at risk by hiring these types of scam agencies to save a couple of euros on Skyscanner.
I don't understand how Skyscanner doesn't ban companies like this.

La atención al cliente es horrible, tanto por teléfono como por chat o email.
Da mucho miedo poner tu viaje en riesgo por contratar a este tipo de agencias estafadoras por ahorrar un par de euros en Skyscanner.

Communication and helpdesk are very good.
However, Travelfrom refused, after extensive communication, to change a flight to increase the transfertime of only 40 minutes in Dallas. A couple of weeks later a flight was changed to increase the transfertime on request from the airline (BA) because they concluded that 40 minutes is too short for the transfer. Perhaps Travelfrom should look a little bit more to reality instead of statistics.

Worst ever experience I had. I have booked a return ticket and requested for cancellation. It’s been 5 days and you still have not gotten back to me. Even the flight from source station has departed now but you have not been able to get back to me. Why do you cheat innocent customers like this?

I found a great deal on a flight offered on Travelfrom via Skyscanner, so I went there and purchased the ticket with no problem. The money was taken from my bank, and not long after I received an e-mail claiming "We have successfully booked the flight for you". So I'm thinking everything is fine. Wrong! Some time later I received another e-mail with the crushing news that "Unfortunately, your request for the payment of booking was canceled due to changes in the cost of airline's fare." You're just telling me this now after the payment was made, my personal data was taken, and the verbatim message "We have successfully booked the flight"? If there was a problem with the advertised price, then this is YOUR problem, and not mine. It really seems like this could be a scam. Regardless, why would I ever want to use this service again, when they could at any time just cancel your already-made and paid booking to ask for a higher price? Shameful!

The booking confirmation takes time and is confusing. To add to this, as soon as I made the payment, the website shows drop in price and customer care can do nothing about it. On top of this, you can't get confirmation on refund on call.
Believe this should be avoided.

My initial transaction appeared routine: I booked a flight from Frankfurt to Tokyo for the end of December through their website. However, the situation rapidly deteriorated when the company modified the flight schedule by six hours, resulting in a missed connection.
Efforts to resolve this issue through direct communication were futile. My requests for assistance were met with indifference, and my plea for a refund, grounded in the involuntary modification of my flight itinerary, was disregarded. According to European Union regulations, passengers are entitled to a full refund if a flight's timing is altered by more than three hours.
Persisting in my efforts, I awaited the refund, only to be informed that the decision hinged on the approval of China Eastern Airlines. Upon contacting the airline, I learned that they had promptly approved and processed the refund. This revelation cast Travelfrom.nl's credibility into serious doubt, as they continued to assert that my refund was delayed due to their batch-based accounting system, with no clear resolution timeline (maybe months or years).
This experience has led me to question the integrity of Travelfrom.nl's operations, particularly in light of the statutory obligation for travel agents to process refunds within seven days. The lack of compliance with this directive suggests a potential misuse of funds, reminiscent of a Ponzi scheme, where new refunds may be used to settle previous ones.
Moreover, the revelation that Travelfrom.nl is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) is alarming. I intend to bring this matter to the attention of IATA to highlight the company's conduct.
In conclusion, I am compelled to pursue legal recourse to recover my funds. Meanwhile, I feel obligated to caution others against using Travelfrom.nl's services. The minor savings on flight tickets are overshadowed by the significant risk of non-refundable payments. I urge potential customers to seek alternative, more reliable travel agencies for their peace of mind.
UPDATE: After weeks of writing and calling their customer service (to no avail), I finally received a PARTIAL refund (so not a full refund as they claimed they would). There is a 90$ gap between what I paid and what I was refunded. Even after the terrible experience they put me through, they still process can't process a refund without scamming their customers.
UPDATE: As of today, March 08, I confirm that they have finally refunded me in full. It took several weeks and endless emails, including starting conversations to kick off legal actions, but it's done. I have rebooked my tickets with a reliable company and I am glad to report that I'll never use their services again. Good luck to everyone out there. You will need it to deal with them.

What a fraud company and they should be blacklisted due to misleading approach towards customers. At-least skyscanner should remove them from their portal.
I booked my flight via them for Qatar Airways and paid them with my credit card. After 2 hours of my booking and payment, they send me an email and inform me that I need to pay 146 Euro extra on top of already paid price because airline change the price of the ticket.
I booked many tickets via Skyscanner but never had this before that you paid for a price mentioned on the website and then they ask you for more because of any reason.
This is very non-professional approach and it must be under fraud or misleading marketing approach.

Booked a flight within Guatemala, got confirmed and then 2 minutes later it got cancelled. I sincerely hope they will return the money. I hope Skyscanner stops showing these results. I need the money for the rest of the holiday and to book other flights and due to this misunderstanding the flights now got more expensive.

Horrible costumer service. I booked the wrong date. Upon trying to move the date the agency wanted me to pay an admin fee plus a fine that would come from the airline itself for changing dates (which was the same price as a whole new ticket). I checked with the airline and the ticket bought via travelfrom can be changed free of charge. After contacting costumer service again, travelfrom informed me that If I can get in writing that the airline will not apply a fine for a ticket change they would change the date with only the admin fee applicable. After getting a written confirmation from the airline and forwarding this to travelfrom. The costumer service rep informs me that the information was not sufficient and that it could not be confirmed with the airline (which is closed for costumer support on the weekends, this was on a Sunday night). This is an agency which is supposed to be an intermediary between costumer and airline but they are scamming people. As this fine they mentioned that comes from the airline is not even applicable.

The reply of travelfrom again is a LIE. The airline has confirmed that no such charge is applicable. I have the written confirmation from the airline which was also sent to travelfrom. A new ticket on the airlines website for the date in question would cost me 130 euros. Travelfrom wants to charge me 150 euros (22 euro admin fee and a fine from the airline) to change the date. The fine is NOT applicable as the airline has stated multiple times. This is just a way of getting more money!

Ik ben nog nooit in mijn leven zo hard en vies opgelicht. Ik heb 2 tickets gekocht waarvan 1tje van mijn broertje was , maar jammer genoeg heh ik op beide tickets mijn eigen naam op gezet. Travelfrom.nl heeft alleen voor de naam wijziging mij 2 dagen zo hard gestresst en zogenaamd 165 euro gevraagd om te laten wijzigen. Uiteindelijk moest ik betalen omdat het spoed was. Tot slot aangekomen bij gate Antalya en ze hebben me verteld dat er geen wijziging was en moest 25 minuten wachten voor controle van tickets en namen. Tot slot vond mensen van gate ook heel raar dat travelfrom.nl 165 boete geld vroeg. Ze zeiden voor wijziging hoef je helemaal geen geld te betalen dus je bent zwaar belazerd hebben ze gezegd. Voel me zo genaaid dat ik maatregelen ga nemen.

I would like to tell you that I bought 2 tickets from Travelfrom.nl on 07-12-23 from Antalya to Amsterdam [FA5L0M8P][17.45 to 20.20]. Unfortunately I put my own name on both tickets, the other ticket was supposed to be my brother's name. Travelfrom.nl asked for 165 euros for the change, and in the end they received that money, see the bank statement attachment. [They say it's a fine]. Finally we got to the gate and they told us there was no change [STILL SAID THE NAME 2X TIMES] and we had to wait 25 minutes because we had to buy a new ticket. Unfortunately, gate also thought the fine of 165 was strange so they told me to ask for the money back. Finally, I ask that my money of 165 euros be transferred back to my account number. If not, I will report it and take further severe measures.
