Terrible service. Gave us wrong details about the flight which did not exist. No emails, no confirmation , nothing sent.
Refund is being sent but wasted my travel time and money. I would recommend a much better travel agency.

Worst company ever they take your money and then hours later cancel you reservation without you knowing anything. Then they don’t even take your phone call no way to get your money back. Just a big scam !!!!

I paid for a ticket online. After 4 days, I had not yet received my e-ticket and emailed them asking for an update. They emailed back and told me that they had sent it but would send it again within 24 hours. Three days later, I emailed again asking for an update. No response. I emailed again, no response. I emailed again, no response. I emailed again for a fifth time, no response. After 13 days with no ticket and one response, I requested a refund. Now to see how long that takes.......

They are scammers!!!!! I booked flightsss and got to airport and I wasn’t even on their computer. I had to book and PAY AGAIN!!!!!! I am 73 and husband 91!!!!! So upset!!

I booked 3 tickets on what I thought was Spirit Airlines but Travel ReImagined somehow hijacked the tickets to their website. In my confirmation email form TR it said I would receive my Spirit Conf. # in a few hours. Five days later no Spirit conf #. I called TR and asked for Spirit Conf. # and they said the price had increased and I would not get a Spirit conf..# until I paid them $95.00 more. I checked the Spirit site snd the tickets had not increased in price. This company is a SCAM!

Total Scam ,Please please Do not use them . They use your credit card to put through the charges and use another credit card to buy your ticket and they told me the flight was cancelled by the airline

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I’m not sure if they’re real or imaginary but they do not come up with the goods and the web is full of tales of woe connected to them. Make sure you are on an airline site not theirs. They cancelled our American Airlines booking immediately after we’d paid.

I’ve been waiting since June 2, 2023 for a refund of $175.88. Go somewhere else — anywhere else! — but do not use this company. They will tell you they will get back with you in 2 to 5 days and they will not. I’ve been hearing this for six months.

I spoke with customer service rep Eva yesterday morning booked 2 tickets (TRI39071), a one-way and a roundtrip. She was very helpful as this was my first time using any website to book flights. Now unfortunately I had to change the dates (push out a little further) I called and left a message for Eva, she was already gone for the evening, another rep left a message for her, she called me back this morning and was able to help me sort everything out.

Scammed! Out of $505 bucks. There is no helpdesk.

Booking was done throughAirborntraveler.com in September 2022 for flight with Westjet flight in January 3,2023. Payment 698.78USD was processed by TravelReimagine on September11,2022. On January 3 there was no booking at the Westjet Counter. Had to buy a second ticket for two cost 1300Canadian $$ Booking was cancelled with no notice and No ticket was issued. No refund No anything. Bothe AirTraveler and TravelReimagine are thieves, scammers, and illigitamate businesses, and crimminals.

The company can refund my money! I booked a flight with frontier airlines, reimaged cancel it, did not tell me. I found out when I went to the airport. No ticket booked! Can we say SCAM! It’s been 3 months with excuse after excuse. The funds will be put back in your account. No deposit! Called back oh there was a problem, we will send you a check in 10-15 days oh no check! Called back oh that check was lost we will issue a new on 4- 6 weeks. Still no refund. Apparently from the reviews nobody gets a refund. Scam scam. Do use this foreign company. SCAM

My flight was cancelled in March 2022 and till now don't have my money back. After reading other reviews I think they are scammers and we will never see our money. We should take them to court.

Travelrelmagine does not deserve one star, my flight was cancelled they promised to refund within 6-8 weeks, mails sent to them they promised they are working on it, they stopped responding to emails and later calls weren't going through, I will never recommend them to my enemy.

Very bad experience with that agency ( imagine ) they canceled my ticket ( booking no) with out notices refunds will deposit on your account never since august 2022 until. Need my refund

I purchased a ticket on Aug 26th after a few minutes I got an email that my ticket was canceled and I would get a refund within 6-8 weeks. Email the company multiple times keep saying they're working on it and it has been escalated. I paid for a flight on 04/18/2022 online. As it turned out this flight was cancelled the next day by Travelreimagine with no notice. I didn't find this out until we tried to find this flight to confirm our travel arrangements.
I could never reach anyone at this company. I started a dispute through my bank but was ultimately told that since I didn't file the dispute within 120 days they could not help.
I finally talked to someone with a foriegn accent this morning 11/4/22 and he found my original reservation using my date of service and zip code.
He said that a check will be forwarded to my address which they have on file.
We will see if that happens.
