Quick, easy, no silly refreshing of prices.

How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Avoid these idiots, they hire scammers and foreigns who do not give a toss about anything, lying and refusing to add checked bag saying contact airline.
Bastards
Some questions seemed like trying to catch you out so lacked transparency.
Also the interest free over 3 months as an option - proved to be incorrect and not an option after the credit check
I can’t even begin to describe how dissatisfied I am with Travel Up service.
I’ve booked a direct flight to go to Jordan from Manchester. Both of my flights have been changed and I now need to travel from/to London instead of Manchester. For me to travel to London from Manchester would be extremely costly and inconvenient.
I emailed Travel Up 3 times asking for a refund as I can’t travel from and to London. However, my emails were completely ignored. I also called them and after waiting in the queue for 46 minutes I was told that the person who is dealing with my enquiry is on their lunch break and would call me back on the same day. No one contacted me after this.
I paid £400 for a return flight from Manchester, not London. Travel Up is not trying to help me at all. In order to speak to them you need to stay on the phone for at least an hour just to be told that they can’t help you and that you need to send them an email which they will ignore. The company is a scam. Avoid it at all costs!
I have contacted/tried to contact TravelUp several times since my trip & am still awaiting ANY response from them.
They were happy to take my money, but have since ignored me.
I won't be using them again, and advise others to steer clear.
Been waiting 7 weeks for my refund they were responding at first told me too wait 4-6 weeks soon as it hit 4 weeks they never responded again avoid
My husband booked tickets with them afterwards it's been cancelled but the refunding process is horrible nobody answering the phone hours and hours waiting and last minute disconnected...
Still waiting for refund
Please be aware
Is it true that sunny days isnt working with you? Because i just booked it? And i see a message that it isnt. I cant contact you. I need help now!
Searched many travel sites and this was one of the easiest to navigate
Last month I tried to book a hotel when I had trouble getting out of Newark Airport due to cancelled flights. I chose a date and Travelup indicated that there was an available room that night. However, after paying and going to the hotel, I found out that the date had been changed to a date the following week. The Travelup phone number was not a legit number and I tried emailing the company, but there was no response. I was very dissatisfied with this company because of the deceptive way the website manipulated my reservation request and the complete lack of customer service.
I had my confirm tickets booked (Via Travel Up) from Edinburgh - (Doha) - Islamabad for 22/05/2026 15:00 QR0030 (3hour layover) QR0614
After middle east wire, they have revised my ticket to 22/05/2026 07:55 QR0032 ( 9.5 hour layover) QR0614.
Although evening flight @15:00 is still available,
1- How can they change my ticket to morning , while offering me a layover of 9.5 hours ?
2- Same evening flight is available at 1.5 times prices.
3- i have been trying to book Transit Accommodation via website, which is telling me that i am aged 15 or under.
4- i have tried all their email addresses and contact numbers, Travel up is telling me - they have registered mine as ADULT, while QATAR Airways can not recognise me as an ADULT, but as a CHILD. i am unable to book my TRANSIT ACCOMODATION, because of that.
5- Does TravelUp just found a way to make money in times of war ?
terrible customer service.
Very rude and professional. They got annoyed me calling them and asking basic questions in regards of my hotel reservation. At the end they simply hang up phone on me. Waste of time and lost my deposit, hence no way I will proceed with my booking with such an attitude
had an incredibly frustrating experience with Travelup. I accidentally booked the wrong date for my flight, but when I tried to resolve the issue, things went downhill fast. The same night, I spent a long time on the phone trying to get help, but the call was disconnected. I then sent an email and got a response at 2 AM from someone named Hshir, stating that I would have to pay £221 per adult and £173 for a child to change the dates.
I called again the following morning, trying to arrange the changes and pay the difference, but I was stuck in a queue with 28 people ahead of me. As soon as I was getting close to the front of the line, the call would cut out—this happened multiple times. After spending hours trying to get through on Sunday, I finally managed to speak to someone on Monday after holding for 20 minutes. They assured me that someone would call me back by the end of the day—but of course, no one did.
When I called back again today, the new advisor told me the same thing: that someone would call me back. I insisted they check and help me book a new flight. The quote I received was £500 per person, which is absolutely ridiculous. The only change was that I would have to leave a week earlier, yet the prices for the flights were almost identical—maybe £100 difference at most.
I’m aware there’s a £75 change fee per person (which is fine) and that Emirates also charges for changes, but this was just outrageous. They were asking for an additional £1,500 for the three of us, which is completely unacceptable. I feel completely let down by Travelup's customer service and the way my issue was handled.
Really good experience with Travel Up. The pricing was clear with no hidden extras, and the booking process was quick and easy. They offered the cheapest tickets compared to other companies I checked. I’ve just booked my tickets with them and everything went smoothly. Would happily use them again.
