I placed a large order on Trendyol on November 30, which included several items, one of them being a pajama set. While the other products were delivered with delay (around two weeks), this item has still not been delivered as of January 7. More than one month has passed.
The issue is not that the product was cash on delivery, but the lack of respect for the customer. I waited for this item and received no clear explanation and no real solution.
I tried to contact Trendyol, but there is no real way to send a message or speak to customer support. You only receive automated replies and are redirected to “help” pages without any actual assistance.
Trendyol advertises itself everywhere as a serious and reliable company, but the reality is very different. The image promoted does not match how customers are actually treated.
I do not recommend.
Update: After several days, Trendyol has still not provided any response or explanation.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Trendyol app after the recent currency change in Bulgaria from BGN to EUR. Instead of properly converting prices using the official exchange rate, the app simply replaced the currency symbol.

As a result, prices suddenly became much higher without any real justification. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. A simple symbol change is not a currency conversion, and a company of this scale should know better.

I trusted Trendyol, but this experience seriously damaged that trust. Transparency matters, especially when it comes to money. Until this issue is fixed and prices are correctly converted, I can’t recommend using this app.

We ordered a Hair curlor / straitner and paid the amount full in advance but even after 2 months long period, the item didn't come. After several reminders and legal action warning, finally they refunded the amount. Be cautious of this fake online flatform and not to order any item from them.

Extremely disappointing experience with Trendyol.
I ordered a mixer grinder, and it arrived in a half-opened, damaged box. I immediately scheduled a return pickup, yet three weeks have passed and nothing has been collected. Every time I contact Trendyol, I am told the delay is the shipping company’s fault — and when I contact the shipping company, they say Trendyol failed to provide the correct instructions. I am being sent in circles with zero accountability, zero ownership, and no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable.

This situation reflects very poorly on your platform, as it feels like customers are being misled. Based on this experience, I no longer trust this seller. The seller DiscountPerfumeWorld appears to be fake, and allowing such sellers on your website seriously damages customer confidence.

I request a clear explanation for the cancellation and clarification on how such sellers are permitted on your platform.

‏A very bad experience; I do not recommend dealing with this seller (Kiabi). I returned my complete order (two products), but they refused to refund my money, claiming the product was incomplete. The error clearly occurred with them or the shipping company (Logistiq). The seller is evading responsibility and seems dishonest. Beware! Trandol's service was also extremely disappointing, as they offered no real support or intervention to solve the issue or guarantee my rights despite their promises to follow up on shipments. The service entirely lacks professionalism and credibility. Instead of helping me get my rights back, they ignored the problem and contributed to my loss. I absolutely do not recommend relying on them for shopping

Trendyol is forcing me to keep items. My order was sent in several packages and I was waiting for the last one to arrive in order to compare. Due to this it was 18days instead of 15 days for creating a return and term from Trendyol kept referring to the policy worst customer service ever!

There are too many low-quality products; it no longer feels like a trustworthy site. Most of the brands are not verified

Order was damaged and never delivered. Over 2 months waiting for a refund with no resolution. Customer support is unhelpful, and keeps delaying. Very poor handling of customer money. Completely unreliable — do not recommend. Stay away

It was a great experience purchasing on Trendyol. It is a trusted platform that offers amazing deals -discounts on branded items that other websites don’t provide. The delivery time is also excellent

⭐ Very Bad Experience

I requested a return on time, but no one came to collect the product. After waiting 10 days and complaining, I was repeatedly told to wait. The case was later marked “resolved” without any solution.

They claim I was not reachable, which is false — I received no calls or messages. Now they say the return period is over and I must bear the cost, even though the delay was from their side.

Very disappointing service. Not recommended.

Trendyol has the worst Logistics and Customer Service representation in UAE. They simply give coupon for their mistake and incompetence so that we are compelled to make more purchase from them. By they have no Hotline or any faster mode of communication. I place an order for 3 items but none has been fulfilled. They don't transfer the full amount, give no exact information on the delivery and refund. What are people who have done the payment supposed to do.

Very disappointing experience with Trendyol.
My order arrived incomplete, and the delivery was delayed by more than a week with no proper explanation. On top of that, one of the items I received was completely different from what I ordered.

This shows a lack of accuracy, poor quality control, and weak customer service.
Overall, a very bad experience. I will not use this app again and do not recommend it.

Generally a good platform for purchasing goods, only very negative thing would be the UI design of the website and the mobile app. Everything seems to be so complicated and never been abla to find what I'm looking for, overall not bad I'd say.

I had ordered some items from Trendyol about three weeks ago, and I got and update for them saying your part delivery has arrived, and I received a message from Imiles their delivery partner with the delivery dates.. the package was received all items we good..
When I checked the email they mentioned the deliver date for the shipment which was pending as 14th December.. after which I started receiving message after message from Their delivery partner IMiles mentioning the delivery dates and their delivery associate were messaging me every day saying your delivery will be delivered today, and till date I have not yet received it, I got n touch with Trendyol customer service and complained about it, and they said they will look into this but till date have not received an email from Trendyol and I have no clue where is the package.

I especially ordered this item as Christmas gift for my family, and now I'm stuck...

As for me their delivery partner IMILES have a contact number but its always switched off, so you can't get in touch with them...

This is by far the best worst service from Trendyol and their delivery partner IMiles...

We received wrong items multiple times and Trendyol customer service team are not taking any responsibility at all , even though photos were provided.

It's about to change the year and the shipment has not yet arrived by the end of November. By far one of the worst experiences

I ordered a keyboard for 500 dirhams. Order number:
10630822629, October 26, 2025.
I paid by card and canceled the purchase within 10 minutes, realizing the item wasn't suitable.
They said the item would be shipped anyway and I shouldn't pick it up. Which is incredibly stupid! The item was ordered 10 minutes ago, and no action was taken to ship it.

Nevertheless, the item was shipped within 5 days and should have reached me, but it never arrived. It was turned back at the shipping company's warehouse and returned to the supplier on November 7, 2025. And that's it. I still don't know if they picked it up or if it got lost. Trendoil isn't refunding my money. Customer support says it'll take 2-10 days, but they've been saying it for three months now. Beware. Fraudulent company!
