We enjoyed an amazing 7 night rail trip through France and Switzerland. Which was completely arranged by the wonderful Suzie. All travel was first class and the hotels were perfect for us. Suzie arranged excursions and even champagne and snacks on the Golden Pass for my husband’s 50th birthday. The scenery was breathtaking, you would never tire of such beauty. The special touches made the trip even more memorable. Suzie was on hand throughout the trip and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going to plan. Suzie had a WhatsApp call with us shortly before the trip to go through everything and to iron out any concerns we may have had. I feel that this made everything run like clockwork. Suzie arranging the trip took the stress out of travel and to be honest it’s going to be very hard getting on a plane again after such a stress free relaxing trip. I really can’t recommend Suzie enough she really is a superstar!

I along with 2 others made a 8 daytrain trip starting at our homes via London Eurostar, Paris Montreux,Luzern and Strasbourg. What a great experience helped enormously by the planning and organisation of TripMeUp. Suzie planned all our trains and hotels and a taxi and all went incredibly smoothly with Suzie always available to help us on the way such as changing a train.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and will use TripMeUp again

A well put together and organised trip. Good to know someone was always available at the end of the phone.I did this trip on my own but it would have been better with others. Really enjoyed the train travel. Great scenery and countryside and interesting places.

3Very well organised tour. A great experience. The whole holiday lived up to our expectations from setting off in Berwick upon Tweed. The itinerary had lots of amazing experiences but also gave us a bit of free time to explore. Stunning scenery on the golden pass express. A must do is the Alsace tour and wine tasting. Overall a brilliant holiday, thanks to Suzie for organising everything.

Suzie put together a lovely rail trip for us to places we would not have thought to visit. Suzie went through the whole trip beforehand and and was available anytime we needed her but as there were no hiccups we just contacted with photo updates.

Each place was very pretty with lovely hotels. All the connections were on time and ran completely to plan. Going 1st class rail is the way forward for us now.

Every journey was enjoyable with great scenery and service.

As a first time solo traveller I wanted to visit Switzerland, but was not keen on going as part of a tour group. I wanted to be able to stop where and when I wanted.
Suzy at Trip Me Up listened to my wishlist then gave me a great itinerary with detailed instructions for each day.
I had a fantastic holiday, and Suzy regularly checked in with me to ensure that everything was running smoothly.
I am planning another trip and would recommend Trip Me Up. It was a great mix of independent train travel, but with the reassurance of having Suzy there if there were any problems.
Her instructions were so clear that I had no issues.

We had a fantastic holiday which was superbly arranged with every detail taken care of. Suzie took time to check in with us several times to make sure we were happy and things were going to plan .
With holidays you find out how good the agent is when things go wrong - I had previously booked this trip earlier in the year and had to cancel at the last minute due to illness. Suzie was superb sending every document and detail immediately when the travel insurance company requested it ,resulting in a swift settlement.She moved or rebooked for later in the year with some upgrades and we enjoyed a holiday which exceeded our original booking. I would not hesitate for a moment to book with Trip Me Up again

A perfect tailor made itinerary taking in the highlights of France and Switzerland. We didn’t have to worry about transport once due to Suzie’s detailed travel instructions. All hotels were perfectly located near to train stations and were of a high quality. It was really helpful to be able to contact Suzie if any questions and she sorted any issues promptly. We would 100% recommend Suzie for any travel and plan to travel with her again in the near future!

We asked Suzie to plan a rail trip for us to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. She arranged first class travel for us from Cardiff, to Paris, then to Switzerland - Montreaux, Wengen and Lucerne, then to Strasbourg before our return to Cardiff. Every detail was thought of and meticulously planned, which meant that we could just sit back, relax and take it all in without any stress. The hotels were lovely, all in close proximity to the rail stations. Suzie also planned some excursions for us to make the most of the time we had in each place. When we had a query, Suzie responded within minutes, with a detailed explanation. Wengen was a particular highlight for us, but each location had its own charm. We are already considering our next trip with Trip Me Up, we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Suzie.

The holiday was tailored to our requirements and we received an easy to follow itinerary of the train journeys, hotels and excursions.
The friendly personal service freed us from the stress and time taken to book multiple train journeys and hotels. We greatly valued the online face to face briefing prior to leaving, which explained how to navigate the train tickets and destinations. There was the added reassurance of being able to make contact directly at any time should we need help.
The organisation of the entire trip couldn't be faulted and we had a most enjoyable holiday.

From start to finish the whole holiday was exciting.Travelling on Eurostar First Class to Paris a new experience,being met by a driver and taken to our hotel for the night.Then a Citroen Cv tour around Paris in the early evening…wow!what a fantastic experience nothing was missed! The next morning travelling by train to Montreux.Arriving at our hotel for two nights overlooking Lake Genève the upgrade to a magnificent suite in the friendly family run hotel
The experiences keep coming.Arriving in Lucerne and the hotel beside the lake and yet another upgrade magnificent.One of the highlights of this tour was the trip up Mount Pilatus,if you are ever in Lucerne please put this at the top of your list it should not be missed.
Finally onto Strasbourg and a stay in Petite France so quaint full of street side eateries and shops.The personal tour to the vineyard hic!!
Finally we are at the end of our tour and it’s time to head home having had a unique experience never done anything quite like this before.
It was all made possible by the meticulous planning of Suzie (Trip Me Up)with the help of Sofiane in Paris we felt like we were never alone one or other always contactable,every train,boat time etc.was planned to perfection and may I say we never missed any!! It was all made so easy for us.

Absolutely stunning holiday.
Excellent communication, zoom to ensure everything was in place, travel app railway tickets & excursions were in place followed with an information plan for everyday, it was perfect & made the journey easy to follow the plan to cover trains, reserved seating, hotels, directions & excursions. All hotels were excellent standards. Excellent support throughout the trip planning & contactable while away. I highly recommend Trip me Up.

Suzie booked the hotels, trains and some additional excursions for us and everything went exactly to plan. She emailed a day to day itinerary with extra tips such as which side of the train to sit for the best views on those journeys where seats were not pre booked.
She kept in contact with us and when I sent a query over our Eurostar journey home she responded really quickly.
We would definitely recommend her to anyone wishing to travel in Europe by train.

This was my first solo trip abroad for a very long time and was a little apprehensive but Suzie from Trip me up made the whole experience enjoyable.
You say where you like to go, when and for how long and then, she organises the whole trip including booking travel tickets, hotel bookings and trips.
You are never unsupported whilst away as Suzie keeps in contact with you and always at the end of the phone for any queries.

5 stars. Suzie is such a lovely person and haloed in every way possible from setting my budget to arranging such a fantastic Swiss/French trip. Absolutely everything was arranged and in place well in advance and the train app was very easy to navigate. And although not required, Suzie was on call 24/7. We would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Trip Me Up and their wonderful services provided.
