Tripsta change of booking impossible
Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Expect no correspondance with them what so ever, they DO NOT offer any customer service, they barely have a website. I have been trying to get in contact for over a week, to my despair. They send a "first reply" and then nothing? So terribly upset!!
DO NOT USE TRIPSTA
I booked a flight and accidentally put in the wrong date. I called immediately afterwards to cancel/amend and I could not get through because they do not recognise my booking number! I sent several emails and received a reply from the customer service team giving me other options for my flight (and they were completely wrong; they gave me flight options from London to Vienna, when I need to fly from the UAE to Manchester!) They said if I replied within 15 minutes, confirming cancellation, there would be no charges and the full refund would be issued. I replied within 5 minutes and did not receive a reply until over an hour later. This email stated that I would get a refund but minus the charges. I have asked numerous times why the charges apply when I replied within the given timeframe, and if they could confirm the cancellation to no avail. Seriously considering going to the CAA with this. Poor, shoddy, unprofessional and downright ignorant company.

Received assistance and help via email slowly, the passenger assistance team were helpful regarding a refund.

Booked a ticket with them and was charged for it. Next day received e-mail stating that credit card company did not authorize them to take money from my credit card! Disregarding the fact that they actually billed me! They promised to refund the money back. Then, I have checked the prices for exactly the same flights and apparently, the airline has tripled the ticket price! Well, that is why tripsta ever issued the tickets but billed me well in advance. Stay away!

Tripsta responded quickly and efficiently, they were professional and very clear in their transactions. My mistakes we're fixed with no added expense or confusion. They also offered the cheapest deal. I'd highly recommend them.

very bad! rang +353 76 888 9614 twice but was put on hold for so long so until now still trying to find means of contacting your passenger service center that is supposed to operate 24 hours, 7 days a week!! i am contacting in relation to the changes the airline made to our flight schedule! you said it is important to receive our reply by the 9th of Feb (we only got the email at 1pm today) so you can process our(?) request? we did not initiate this change so you are the one’s making a request. you even threaten us that if you receive our reply after this time frame, any free of charge amendment or cancellation will be subject to the airline company’s approval or fare’s rules?? How is that for a costumer service??? How about your company, what will happen if you dont answer our calls and reply our emails??

Dont use tripsta!!! They are liars! i booked a flight in december for august because the tickets were cheap, after 2 month they emailed me that klm cancelled the flights and there was no alternative flight, i called in klm and they talled me that only return flight was cancelled and there was an alternative flight after 3 day, i wrote to tripsta and requested to change my tickets, instead of answering me or changing the tickets after hours trying to call them, they wrote me an email where they told me that the refund has been processed, i called to theyer costumer service and they talled me that last night i called to them and excepted the refund i am very disappointed because last night i didn't even knew that the flight was cancelled. i am trying to find justice, i am advicing all of you not to use tripsta

Terrible company do not book with them, you are unable to get in contact with anyone. I have an emergency where I am unable to make my flight and I am unable to inform anyone of the change.
