Poor customer service
Tried to call them, wasted more than 30 minutes, no one picked up my call. Tried to send them email by filling up their online contact form but received a confirmation that my message was undeliverable for three consecutive times. Poor customer service and support!!!!! Atleast provide a working email where I can send my concern regarding my flight.

Spent nearly an hour on the phone, after 20 mins, was connected to a guy who could not answer my question , then he said he would connect me to some one else,all I got after that was we will be connecting you soon,so after nearly an hour I gave up. Total waste of time, dreadful customer service.I would not recommend this company.

I was very happy with the price I got with tripsta for my ticket but sadly it started to go downhill from there. Firstly I could not locate the e-ticket, I received a receipt and I obtained the ticket number from that.
I also tried several times to contact tripsta about this (I want to know if this e-ticket is all I require or do I need to check in online 24 hrs with my passport beforehand!)
However the email keeps bouncing back to me telling me it is undeliverable giving me an error code and to contact the receiver as it may be an admin. error on their side. I've tried calling and spent ages waiting just listening to a robotic woman telling me someone will be with me shortly? I cant contact you tripsta!!!

We have just booked but so far I must say I had no problem with tripsta. The tickets were so well priced that I can’t complain - even about the hidden charges. No you don’t expect them but in this day and age it happens everywhere.

Very easy to use site, only thing was when entering card details it took more than the 3 minutes stated and I had to cancel and do t all over again, I was then worried I would be charge and booked twice, but all worked out in the end! Thanks for making the booking easy! Lorna

Well the price is very good but they booked me on a different connecting flight with a much longer layover than I thought I was getting. Very disappointing as will be travelling with a 3 month old.
Tripsta resolved the issue promptly over the phone and we're very helpful.

While the whole booking process was quite easy the hidden charge at the end for paying with a card(How else are you meant to pay?) is a bit crap and also while I share the blame for not noticing it when booking but 1 hour 20 min transfer in Heathrow when you have to change terminals isn't enough. Luckily there were delays so I made my flight

The flight was from another airport and not enough time for transfer .NO warning at booking it was to another airport for the transfer .
The flight schedule was again changed to a lesser time . I am waiting to see the re schedule change .The only fights available are the next day wait another 9 hours ! Not my fault someone doing the schedule thought the transfer was in the same airport .
I am willing to cancel and book again another flight with tripsta .
Stranded without help from Tripsta
I booked with Tripsta to fly to India departing 24th Dec, my baggage was checked through by AerLingus all the way to India at Dublin airport. I began my adventure but at London Gatwick, at the Emirates gate for the Dubai flight, I was turned away for lack of a visa. At no point did Tripsta highlight that a visa was necessary for India. There should be a pop up 'visa required' warning as with other flight sites. Since then I have been very let down by Tripsta customer service. Having spent a fortune on hold to their team I got a quote for a flight change that equalled buying a new flight. Having secured my visa over 24 hours ago and spent another small fortune on hold to them, then waiting for an email that never came, I have yet to get a quote for a reschedule of flights. In the end I have had to buy a new flight to India from London where I spent Christmas stranded without any help from Tripsta. Useless. Worse than useless.

deducted cash (in Euro) from Credit Card ,the very moment ticket was processed without even sending OTP, as per Airline no live passenger name found in their list of passengers and was told to contact booking agent. Tripsta as of now has not refunded my Cash for tickets. no reply for online message send, nor any replies received for multiple emails send to tripsta even after 24 hours of cash deduction.
i called US (international call from Qatar) number posted in their website (+1 646 934 6809 )to ask for further details and i was on hold for 10 minutes and did receive any reply.
tripsta website says the customer support is 24/7 (..Our customer service team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.) and why do i get this treatment from them. i am using online ticketing since 2 years and for first time i am getting this kind of worst service .
really feel disheartened and lost ..
i really think in this juncture that tripsta is misleading and cheating us .
