No help

What was found out was the same information 0that I found out myself by a simple google search. Horribly disappointed and frustrated.

I must say my investigator was of all kind and patient with helping. I tend to go on and on and can be to in-depth, but he was attentive and I appreciate all his findings that I could never have found out. I have talked to many Lawers and they were so rude and seemed to ignore me as I must say there is no justice in the system and people wonder why our country is corrupt. So I'm very satisfied with the help and understanding of how important my situation was to me. Thank you for your Services. Patty Mcart

Unfortunately all they did was print off Google history and provided me with that to the the tune of $350. Very disappointing as I told them I needed someone with online forensics experience. They did not provide me with anything new or insightful very disappointed with the whole experience.

I called last week - got in touch with your service after two days - was told an investigator would contact me by Friday ... and tried to follow up yesterday. Still waiting, though I think you’ve already charged me.

Don't trust "Trustify". I got absolutely nothing for my money and no evidence of what or where it was used for! No response from anyone when I asked those questions. I agree with another client who stated they could have gotten the same results with a simple white pages search. There was no accountability for serving up nothing, nada, useless information anyone could have concluded to on their own. Thanks for nothing!

My experience with trustify was an expensive disappointment. I paid them top dollar for a very basic investigation and they failed to provide the information after way too much of my time and money was taken. The effort spent investigating my case did not reflect the level of service that was promised and certainly did not justify the value of it's cost. I feel like I just paid $400 for a white pages search. Thanks for nothing

I would NOT recommend this agency. The information provided was already known to me. Communication DID occur with investigator. Surveillance included information on my old address - a home which I sold. For the two (2) hours remaining, I would like my monies refunded to me.

I used them to find out if I was being catfished. Very thorough, got answers to all my questions. Got a full professional report at close of investigation. Money well spent to ease my mind and find out the truth!

This was awful. Really. I feel like I was robbed. You provided me not one additional piece of information that I didn't already have. Look at my original request and look at the additional information I was given. I specifically asked if you would find the POI and was told yes. That this was basically routine and that it should be no problem. When the report came back it contained basically the same information I already provided. Please, I don't wish to have to file a complaint but is it possible I can have my money returned? I feel that is only fair. Alternatively, could you just find the POI, something that you somewhat promised but never did. Thanks in advance for your consideration in this matter.

Trustify helped find an address that hadn't shown up on our own search, hopefully it leads us to my missing grandson.

in the beginning I trusted everything Art told me. Because I was desperate I thought he did everything he was supposed to do. After a conversation with my husband I was really perturbed and upset. I sent a note to Cam, the case manager. As of yet I have not received a response. My question was: is there any equipment involved for a bug sweep or is it just a cursory visual look around? I paid $ for a consult and an extra $200 for a look around? We're still being listened to by our neighbors. They still comment on what we say. They still make threats. I thought I read that during a surveillance photos are taken. I've had to beg to get a photo. I had to beg to get a written report. Shouldn't these have been automatically provided?
I'm still upset over the bug sweep. I felt cheated and short changed.
Art did provide emotional support but I can't take that to court.
Please let me know what I should have gotten for an expensive bug sweep.

I thought My investigator, Art, returned my calls in a timely manner. When I threw a several curve balls out of the blue, he handled my problems.
He was able to answer quite a few of my questions.

My problem is still ongoing, however, but I'm trying to work through it with some of the solutions Art suggested.

I highly recommend this PI service. I got the answers I needed in an expeditious fashion. They were professional, thorough, and excellent.

I was asking for info on if being catfished. This company did nothing but one thing for me that I could not do myself, which really made no difference. The investigator did not tell me anything I already didn't know. Probably did google etc searches that anyone can do. I didn't learn anything I didn't know before I paid all that money. What a waste of money!

Chris Cline and Billy Crawford were both OUTSTANDING! The communication and professionalism was exceptional. I would definitely want these 2 gentleman if I ever need to use Trustify again.
