Trustify has helped me strengthen so many different virtues in my life. Before coming across Trustify, I was lacking desire, drive, and patience, but most of all; strength. They are so welcoming and you can very clearly see their willingness to help you. I came from a really crappy scam company (Omnitrace) before coming across Trustify and they completely screwed me over and we're rude and of no help. Not only was Trustify very understanding, it made them just as angry. I can honestly say they are the only company (of any sort of business) that I've come across who genuinely want to help you, will do absolutely whatever it takes, and who cares. I got blessed to be able to work with Melanie. She is seriously the BEST. We work well together, have the same sense of humor, believe in the same things, want the same things, and respect one another. She's super easy to work with and she always responds within the hour or two. She will never leave you hanging. I very highly recommend Trustify to everyone in need of their assistance. For me, Melanie is helping me locate my biological Mother and other family members. I'm so grateful to have her on this crazy journey with me.

I never got a full report and had to keep asking for the information. The investigator didn't even do a rudimentary investigation. I found out more on my own. They didn't do the job and I want my money back!

Disappointed by the results certainly not worth the fee

I had a great experience working with Trustify in bringing suspicion in my personal life to a definitive conclusion. I cannot thank both of the investigators that I have worked with enough for their dedication and effort that went into resolving this case.

Too pricey for the service was provided. Most of the information I found myself on the Internet.

The customer service with Trustify was great however I felt like the detective that was assigned to my case didn't keep me as informed as I would've like to be.
I specifically wanted the person that I was having investied tracked on a certain date and that didn't happen because apparently he got sick and I constantly had to send him a text to find out status. I also felt a few times I was put on the back burner.

Provided info I requested in about week... Would use them again.

Investigator kept me informed throughout the investigation. She was polite, unfortunately she was unable to find who I was looking for or any new information on that person. Only new information I got was the person's possible mother name and address and another Facebook page
