TurboPass was not as convenient as I…
TurboPass was not as convenient as I expected. You pay for the pass online, but then you still need to go to another place to pick up the actual tickets. This means extra walking, wasted time, and waiting in queues. For a tourist product, this is a big disadvantage. After paying, tickets should be available immediately and digitally, without needing to visit a separate collection point.

It was convenient and great to be able to purchase it easily on my mobile phone. I didn't know how to display the QR code, so it was a huge help when someone showed me. I haven't used it yet, but I'll make sure my phone battery doesn't run out.

Almost everything was fluent and well…
Almost everything was fluent and well organized within the ordering process. It is informative, fast, trusty and promising. The only thing that was not fully obvious for a while is the list of the attractions and that the entrance tickets to all the listed attractions are fully payed with purchasing the Turbopass City pass.

We had some trouble at site and could not use the pass but customerservice was very helpful and we canceled the pass and received a full refund. We gladly like to return some other time and use a new pass

Pass is helpful, but there were some problems
Good part is the pass covers a good options, but we had lot of issues while booking and while using the tickets.
- After the details are provided to book the pass, I again had to provide details to book individual tickets for each tour like Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum etc which is a tedious process
- For Eiffel tower, we still had to stand in the queue to get the tickets even though we had booked the time slot
- River Cruise, Ballon de Paris Generali and Paris virtual room worked without any issues
- Wrong tickets were shared in the email for Louvre Museum where the entry was not allowed. I had to write email to the support to get valid tickets, which the support team responded quickly but I lost 2-3 hrs trying to figure out how to get required help
- Wrong ticket was shared in the email for Palace of Versailles which was not known until the security said this ticket is already scanned and they will not allow me to go inside. After some discussion they agreed to allow me because only one ticket was having issue out of 8 tickets in our group
- It would be helpful if a phone number is also shared for quick help
- A video guide would be great to know the process for each individual tours

Definitely Worth It
We are extremely happy with our purchase. This pass made it easy for us to do all we wanted to while visiting Barcelona for an afternoon. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because you are assigned a time for Sagrada Familia and Park Guell, and you cannot select a time. We were on a cruise so the time assigned for the Park did not work for us to see and return to the boat, so we had to buy a separate ticket elsewhere in order to reserve the time we wanted for the Park. We were able to do 5 different activities in an afternoon and the pass was easy to use. The customer service was fantastic. We will consider doing this pass again in the future.
