Very quick and easy to follow, even for visitors from outside of Germany. Only minor gripe was that it was not possible to download the digital pass to my Apple wallet.

Lots of great options to bundle attractions at a discounted price. In comparison to separate options, this is the way to go! Trust me, I added them all up!

Do NOT pre- order tickets!!! I planned to use the passes 5 days into the future as the information stated you could pre-order your passes ahead for a future visit to Munich. Well NO! I purchased them for June 7th visit and the ticket stated June 2(the day I ordered them online). I emailed right away and the next day they told me I could use the attraction portion only on the 7th. They were unable to allow the transportation part of the Munich City Pass!!!! I live and purchased the tickets in the USA. I won't be in Germany until later. I could not have use the transit portion of the tickets. So I paid full price for 1/2 the value. DO NOT Purchase ahead if you want the transit!!

It was easy but was not able to find the airport for one way only as I am taking a cruise

Ordering process was easy and so far everything has been great. All my tickets have come through for Rome and easy to book the walking tour myself. Support from customer services was excellent and prompt when needing to ask a couple of questions. Would highly recommend and especially if you struggling to book your own tickets for the Vatican and Colosseum or left it too late like us.

Very confusing booking system. It initially advertises “2–7 sightseeing attractions” in the Flexi Pass, but you later discover that the €100+ package only covers the basic 2 attractions. To actually access 7 attractions, you need to pay around €250, while the main attractions themselves (such as the Louvre and Eiffel Tower) would have cost only around €50–60 if booked directly from the official ticket offices.
The customer support system is terrible, especially for tourists. There is no proper hotline to resolve urgent issues, and communication through WhatsApp was extremely slow and unhelpful.
Their Louvre booking also did not include the headphone/audio translation system, even though many masterpieces only had descriptions in French. This makes booking through TurboPass very inconvenient for international tourists.
To be fair, we had a very professional experience with their representative Paula at the Eiffel Tower. One other representative on WhatsApp also eventually tried to help after a very stressful experience that caused us to cancel a full day of excursions with another company during our short 3-day trip to Paris. We tried to remain flexible and accepted several inconvenient schedule changes suggested by them, but the overall experience was still disappointing.
Most importantly, the situation caused unnecessary stress for my 70-year-old friend, who was simply hoping for a peaceful holiday experience after spending his career managing and planning for major companies. The overall experience left him deeply upset and emotionally exhausted.

I had purchased turbopass Rome essentials for 8th and 9th June. I still haven't received my bookings for Sistine chapel and Vatican museum as yet. I had sent email to enquire about. But i haven't received any response or even an acknowledgment that the message has been received.

Turbopass was awesome. Didn't have to pay for any attractions in venice or Florence. Easy to navigate and use.

I am very disappointed with my experience using Turbopass. I booked a combined Colosseum and Vatican pass for a total of €178, expecting both attractions to be properly secured. Instead, I was only informed two days before my scheduled Colosseum visit that there was suddenly no availability.
By the time Turbopass notified me, everything was already sold out, which meant I had absolutely no way to make alternative plans. Visiting the Colosseum was one of the main reasons for my trip, and this completely disrupted my itinerary.
Although Turbopass did issue a refund, the amount was far smaller than expected, especially considering that the €178 covered both attractions for two people. The portion refunded for the Colosseum did not reflect the real value of what we lost.
The late communication, lack of transparency, and inadequate refund make this a very disappointing service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Turbopass.

We purchased a Rome pass for 2.
It’s a bit of a nightmare with this due to the following.
You get your link but then you have to book all the places yourself & somedays the slots had already gone! And even where there was availability we are then required to physically go & pick up the tickets from a different place beforehand - despite getting a QR code to tell us we’d booked the slots successfully- why couldn’t the QR code suffice & instead we still had to go to X or Y to get our tickets & my wife’s legs ( & mine) aren’t good for all this walking about just to get a ticket!.
The booking for say the Pantheon wasn’t easy as we had to put all our details, including a 12 digit code x 2 people when they already had this when we purchased the Turbo- passes…
On a positive note if you email any query you had they did respond quite quickly..
Finally, try & pay in the currency quoted as you get charged a fee for paying in sterling etc !!!

I didnt get any support and missed the ferry to venice.

First of all, German is not adapted to your WW customers… English or French should have been better… I never received the email with all the activities and tickets before arrivée in Venice. So I called, wrote e-mails etc… we lost half a day and activities we could not make as we should have booked in advance…I answer to your response. I booked in February and received any email from Turbopass….

Upon purchasing the pass, I carefully read their instructions. They were very clear that you needed to "get familiar" and "plan" with your Turbo Pass. I'm very glad I did as I had questions and was able to get answers before I arrived and might have been disappointed to learn I needed to reserve a time, or get a physical ticket with my pass versus being able to walk-in to a venue. The staff were always helpful in answering questions and helped on more than one occasion for a mistake I had made. Also, they were quick at responding. A big shout out to Clare and Ann and any other individual that put up with me. I would definitely use Turbo Pass again. Thank you!

Didn’t face any major problems; easy admission to the attractions

There aren't enough worthwhile attractions.
Most of the interesting artractions in Athens are not included in the turbopass

This pass is little more complicated than other city passes that we tried.
You have to collect tickets at variuos locations and agencies, it lacks flexibility, I wouldn't do it again.

Across 4 days in Madrid we utilised 11 attractions on the Turbo Pass including half day trips to Toledo and Segovia, Segway, 3 art museums and the Bernabeu stadium. Action packed though totally worthwhile, especially with speedy access to venues and cost effective!
