I think I received a knockoff!
The Python I ordered feels so cheap in comparison to the old one I purchased elsewhere. I seriously suspect it's a knockoff. There is no stability in the hinge, and it doesn't charge properly. Without acknowledgement and discussions with this company, I will not be purchasing from TVape again.
UPDATE: TVape says they have sent an email to me. I've checked both my emails and deleted emails. I have not received an email regarding this issue.

Great customer service
There was a glitch when i placed my order online but i didn't know. Was pleasantly surprised when I quickly got a phone call from them verifying my order and getting it all straightened out before i even knew there was a problem. Which was great because I wanted my new vape before I left on a trip. Was a big fan of the Utillian 5 and love the Newer version. The Utillian 6 has a very clean taste with its all glass system and the ruby terp ball is a nice advancement.
