This is one of, if not THE BEST online shopping experiences out there. Everything is laid out nice and very clear. Prices, shipping fees etc. They’ve even now got the option to split bigger purchases into 3 interest free payments through Klarna.
After-sales is excellent, 3 days after making my claim (inc over weekend) the item was confirmed defective and Banggood have reshipped my item.
Simple and fuss free company who have a strong customer value.

Banggood are are very bad/poor company to buy anything from. I ordered a pair of boots with them, at the the time they indicated the boots were in stock then a few days later they informed me the boots were out of stock. Its indicates to me they have no idea what products they have in stock at any one time. I am unable to request a refund from their website. I will never buy from this company again, I fear I have lost the money I paid, I hope to be able to recoup the monies I spent from my credit card company. You buy from a UK site, the item comes to you from the UK (otherwise would not have bought it)
You find the item is faulty and open a case just to send it back for a refund but they then give you a return address in another country and say you have to pay postage. Would have cost around £250 to get £243 back. I explained all this to paypal but they did not care even though they know this is happening. So they must be an accessory to these scams.
Banggood, NO, BANG OUT OF ORDER!
Ordered a bench power supply on the 27th of July. Ordered from them because they were showing lots of stock and a 5 day delivery from within the EU.
It never arrived!
Emailed to find out what was happening and for an email back saying they didn't have stock, how did I want to proceed.
Emailed back saying refund me, I will buy it from someone else. After many more emails requesting my refund with the same BS delay tactics response on the 17th of August I raised a claim with PayPal. They sent the same BS email to them so I had to still wait until the 9th of September. PayPal refunded me. On the 10th of September, to add insult to injury, they emailed me to say THEY had cancelled my order because they felt the sale was risky!!..... DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! according to them everything is in stock when in fact they have no stock, they are just the middleman passing on the orders to other Chinese companies.

As others have said if the items arrive then great - if they don't then get prepared to fight tooth and nail for a refund even. They will ask you to check at a local post office and to 'give it a few more days' then if you raise a dispute with payapl they will lie to paypal as well. Then they will lie saying they are refunding you but when you chat a day or two later they will say they never offered a refund .
Despite what other reviewers say, I've had no problems.
I have bought hundreds of items, mostly small electronic items, tools, or components. Virtually no problems, and when there were BG usually dealt with them quickly and to my satisfaction.
I've been buying from them since 2017, and I'll keep on buying from them.

I tried to order a phone there, luckily they were thinking my payment card is not good enough for some reason and they did not charge me otherwise I'm sure I would be losing money too.
Now I'm trying to get rid of the account with them.
The support is straight out contantly "misleading" me for 3 weeks that is deleted and then the next guy saying again it will be deleted and continue opening meaningless cases and so on and so forth.
Meanwhile I can login and see all my addresses and they probably keep my financial information as well. They seem so bad that sooner than later they will get hacked and my details will get sold on the internet...

I ordered an ebike which said it was 'in stock' and would take 5 - 10 days delivery from a UK warehouse... waiting about 3 weeks and constantly asking customer services when it will be shipped; they kept saying the same scripted "please wait an extra 5 days" after continuously emailing them they finally admitted that they never had stock and expected to receive the stock in a months time... they are still advertising that they have it in stock.
Wont be ordering from them again just a dodgy company.

Do not use Banggood. Their 'after sales' service policy is to ignore the customer!!! Frankly, Banggood don't give a damn if you have an issue with your order. They do not act upon your request to replace or refund unsatisfactory goods. Be warned! If you need your order to be replaced or refunded even when the issue is a problem of their making, they expect you to bear the cost of returning the item. Banggood is a 'Bad News' unethical seller! Their 2 star rating flatters them.
Worst online experience
This is very serious 18th of May I ordered a phone around £430 which all I had for a phone. I’ve been told it’s been delivered when I haven’t received anything. Now it’s nearly two months I’m being ignored I contacted them via, email, live chat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter but got nowhere, the reply I get is “sorry for the inconvenience” this is an example of what email responses I get from them.

I ordered a small order on the 28th Feb. and after 4 months of waiting and constant excuses of why the item had not arrived, ITS THE WEATHER, ITS YOUR CUSTOMS OR POSTAGE, WAIT ANOTHER 20,30 DAYS

- They keep lying about delivery times
- Package has been for more than 7 weeks at London depot (And they blame customs)
- Banggood does not want to contact Hermes to see where package is (Is their job), but they rather ask you to go to queue at your local post office to check if it is l there (They must be joking !!!)
- They give you standard answers and hide behind their rules that are ONLY in their favour, they promise you a GREAT solution when not delivered (GREAT means we like to take advantage of you , but we keep your money as long as possible)
What I learned form this experience :
- Do not trust Banggood custom service (Different explanation every time you contact them)
- Do not take the insurance with Banggood (Robbery ) as it gives you zero extra service
- Do not trust Banggood delivery times (When ordering, they tell you to add 20-25 days to delivery time for Covid), and when that delay has arrived, they will tell you to wait an extra 40-45 days due to Covid (Must be a different Covid)
- You MUST wait 90 days before they reimburse or give you a solution (Takes at least 15 days to be reimbursed , I have experienced that with another order they cancelled as they lied about their stock ) or expect an extra 3 months at least to get a new item
- Compare prices of every item with A m a s o m, A r g u s o or E b a i (You WILL ALWAYS find cheaper than on Banggood, eg oximeters, watch Huawei Honor Band 5 is cheaper at A r g u s o ), they just try to attract you with discounts and points . Even if you pay an extra pound to buy it in the UK , it will certainly be worth it

I purchased a BSD-Racing ¼ Brushless remote controlled motorbike from Bangood as a gift for my son for Xmas 2019. It was delivered on the 6/12/2019 and the problems started then. The box and internal packaging was damaged so I took photo’s and sent them to Banggood. I got no reply. The bike looked sturdy and there didn’t seem to be any damage to it. I noticed that there was no battery charger supplied (it mentions that on the website but I missed it) so I had to order one. Also the transmitter shown in the manual is different to the one supplied with the bike.
As soon as the weather permitted after Xmas my son used the bike but there were a few problems (parts falling off etc). He used it twice after that and again not without problems. In April I asked my son why he wasn’t using the bike and he replied that it wouldn’t start. There was a beeping sound and a green light blinking rapidly under the fairing near the on/off power button. I disconnected the 7.4V battery and checked it with a multi-meter and it was only emitting 3.4V so I charged it up. After charging it still only emitted 3.4V. On closer inspection I noticed the battery was damaged and when I looked into the battery compartment I saw that there was an unguarded gear cog which spins at high speed which in turn (excuse the pun) causes damage to the battery. I sent an e-mail to Bangood informing them of this and got this reply “After checking, we find that the order was delivered on 2019-12-06. As we know, each product has its own life span. After months of using, the product has greater possibility to get damaged. For this product, because the time is over 1 month, it is no longer under warranty. We are sorry for this situation. For the defective product, we suggest you to repair the product or buy a replacement in local store. Simultaneously, we will send your feedback to our supplier” they never mentioned the light flashing or the beeping. I replied that the damage was caused by the gear cog not normal wear and tear. They replied and said send photos and a video also a copy of the shipping label “so we can be sure you got it from us”. I did this and they replied offering a refund if I returned the item “unwashed, unused, in a pristine condition and in the original packaging with full tracking”. I replied that this wouldn’t be possible because we had to use it to discover that it was faulty. I made enquiries and the postage costs were going to be over £100 because of the size and weight (the bike cost £240). They never replied.
I escalated this to the PayPal resolution centre and after a few e-mails back and forward PayPal responded by saying that Banggood had offered a full refund if I return the item under their stipulations. I was already in this position before I escalated it. I e-mailed PayPal and asked them if this was their final decision to which they replied “Yes if I had to return a television to a department store I would be responsible for costs to return it”, unbelievable.
The whole point of this is that the goods are faulty and in my opinion dangerous so why should I be expected to pay for the return when they might say we are not refunding because the item has been used.
We are now left with an item we can’t use because replacement batteries and spare parts are no longer available, even though there is a comprehensive numbered parts list section in the manual.
I wish I had looked at the reviews for this outfit before purchasing but I was under pressure from my son. I notice that nobody from Banggood comments on the reviews. It has been a costly lesson for me and a disappointing Xmas for my son.

Placed 3 separate orders totalling £1,000. All 3 orders have no tracking status after 1 month. I was told to wait another week so I did, still nothing. I was told to wait a further week, nothing again. Now they tell me to wait another 59 days as 90 days is their fallback in their T&C's
I have requested refunds and cancellations but they have refused!

"In the lockdown I ordered a pair of casual loafers UK size 8 from Banggood - when they arrived they looked too big and had a sticker with "43" on them. I checked the conversion chart the company has online and it is out of synch with most other major online manufacturers & suppliers like Fila, Shoezone & Clarks - who all list UK 8 as equivalent to a 42. I emailed "Rita" at Banggood and the exchange that followed was frustrating to say the least. All she could offer was a return address label and I would have to pay approximately £15 shipping to China for a refund - this on shoes that had cost £32.15! I argued that this po!icy was unfair on the customer but Banggood would not budge, insisting their cockeyed size conversion was right! I ended up taking the loss and will give the shoes to a charity shop when lockdown is over. Dreadful after sales policy and like some throwback to the times when the customer was always wrong! They should change their name to "Bangbad" ! I would never recommend buying from this firm.

First time I've ordered anything from Banggood, ordered item (luckily small value) on 4th March 2020, it is now 4th May 2020 and no sign. I've been in touch with their customer services but their stock answer is basically, wait and check at the local post office to see if they have it. Now I have put in a claim for a refund via PayPal, and guess what, Banggood are still saying the same old story. Sorry Banggood, I gave you a chance but I won't be attempting to buy from you again. Very poor show.
UPDATE July 8th 2020.
After numerous emails with Banggood, (achieving nothing, just delaying tactics from Banggood and a waste of my time) my claim from PayPal has finally paid off and PayPal has refunded my payment.
