placed 2 orders, after a month, and getting a tracking numbers, both numbers are no good. told to go to post office to check if it is there (Keep in mind we have been Shelter in place for over a month so always home when Postal Service arrives) and was told if not there wait another 60 days then try back and they will see if there is anything they can do.

I can see one order possibly having issues, but 2 different orders. Extremely Doughtful.

I ordered these pads for my IROBOT MOP B250, items were delivered few days later to SAUDI ARABIA in excellent condition. This is during COVID-19 pandemic. Honestly, first time to deal with this app, it is a respectful company. The other item I ordered was out of stock, contacted support chat team and they refunded it.

Someone In customer service or who replied messages called KAY. Worest service I ever seen in my life with very unfriendly and extremely rude attitudes anyway I had order a smartphone and it comes already off and I took it to repaire men and he confirmed it's faluty by manufactury, I contact bangoods for help and they asked me for video? What the hell I am telling them that I got problem and mobile is not working and they insisting to make video and since I haven t had camera. I kept item for months and when I managed to make video. I sent to them and finally admit it and when I asked for full refund I was given less then half which is unfair. I want at least 70% of refund. This is my story with them ! Very bad guys

Banggood for you to know can be trusted I have bought from them for several years with very little problems. They do ship as promised but the China mail is slow to the USA. I had a minor problem on an order that I waited for thirty four days. I was sent the wrong item. Two parts on their app where very similar but different in one small detail. I contacted them through the app and sent a photo of the order confirmation that I had ordered the correct item they contacted me two days and offered to refund my money but I would have to reorder to get the correct one. I find the company and it’s people to be very good and honest and would not hesitate to order from them. I thank them for their service.

Item missing, slow delivery (three months), emails ignore and they refuse to refund. This is a complete joke of a business.

Low quality to match low price. Ridiculous sizing. Impossible returns process, with deliberate stalling.
You do get lots of apologies, but don’t expect anything else!

You have ordered 2 items, and you will only receive one? Banggood doesn't want to know and will never compensate you. They are thieves!
Run away and order from aliexpress.com which are much more serious

Banggood = danger. They don't shipping produits and if you ask for refound they don't send money back

Bought a drone, thought I had a good deal. When the drone arrived, the box was battered. Installed the relevant app on my phone to find that it wasn't compatible with modern Android phones (Android 9.0)

I E-Mailed customer services a few days ago but haven't heard anything back as yet. I've spoken to my bank about requesting a chargeback. If BangGood get this sorted out then I'll be back to amend my review. For now, I'm not holding my breath.

Summary: Cheap but poor quality goods and non-existent customer service.

EDIT 28/02/19: BangGood are giving me the runaround. They keep responding to my E-Mails with more and more unreasonable demands. The last two asked me to send videos that prove that the app doesn't work (no idea how they would expect this to work) and also asking me to find a relative with an iPhone who can test the drone.

EDIT 08/03/19: BangGood first offered me "$16 of BangGood points", then a partial refund of half of the item's cost. When I declined these offers, they then said that they would only give me a full refund if I sent the item back to China at my cost via the cheapest available method (i.e. uninsured) which they said they would reimburse me for. Given the fact that they've already given me the runaround, I have decided not to chance this and I've raised a chargeback with my bank. Don't touch with a bargepole!

BEWARE: It's now very clear that BangGood do NOT do refunds for faulty goods.
