Do not buy online
I payed for a personalised message and the quality is horrible, running ink the font is size 5 and it even has a random number in the bottom right. To top it off, the message that goes with the gift box (that I had to assemble) on the back of the lid is missing. I'll be going to a local jewelers next time because of this experience.

The system had a glitch with a size so…
The system had a glitch with a size so I ordered wrong size not by my mistake. I sent a video to a customer service to prove that this is a system glitch. This is not me. I immediately mailed and called about that but they couldn’t change mistake. They still sent me the wrong ring and they don’t offer me refund although there was no my mistake. That was a mistake of the system so mistake from Pandora and I’m somehow paying for that.
