Good Delivery, but the Login Process Needs Improvement
The account management on the website could be improved. I had quite a bit of trouble regaining access when trying to log in with my email address, although I eventually managed to get back into my account through Facebook.
The delivery was a pleasant surprise, as my order arrived through Amazon Logistics. It was well packaged, delivered quickly and exactly as expected.
Overall, the ordering and delivery experience was very good, but the website login process needs some work.

Unreliable shipping and no idea when I may receive order
Paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the personalised item that was a wedding day gift for my partner. No idea when I will receive the item and fear I will not have it for the wedding day as only being told I have to wait days for you to hope the courier updates their record that have been stuck for two days.

Ordering on line was easy, I got an email straight away confirming my order and when it would be delivered, it was dispatched the same day, it arrived a day early although I had an email to say it would be arriving today, delivery was on time and delivered with care, the item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
