Disappointed

Disappointed! Paid for next day delivery and after keeping me home all day with different delivery times, you then say cannot deliver on the day. You've ruined the birthday surprise. Thank you very much!

Unreliable shipping and no idea when I may receive order

Paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the personalised item that was a wedding day gift for my partner. No idea when I will receive the item and fear I will not have it for the wedding day as only being told I have to wait days for you to hope the courier updates their record that have been stuck for two days.

Ordering on line was easy

Ordering on line was easy, I got an email straight away confirming my order and when it would be delivered, it was dispatched the same day, it arrived a day early although I had an email to say it would be arriving today, delivery was on time and delivered with care, the item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I still have not received my gift and I…

I still have not received my gift and I paid extra for it to be delivered the next day. This is a birthday present for a very dear friend tomorrow so I’m extremely annoyed that it hasn’t arrived when I ordered it on Sunday.

Ordered a gift (and paid for next day…

Ordered a gift (and paid for next day delivery) after 1pm on a Sunday and therefore expected delivery on Tuesday but carrier has yet to collect from the warehouse, which means the recipient will not be receiving her birthday gift on time. The Pandora online customer service has blamed the carrier (Amazon delivery service) and apparently there is nothing to be done but wait patiently for it to arrive. The customer service adviser did arrange refund of the £5.99 delivery charge. I did suggest that the order be cancelled with the courier and rearranged with RM next day signed for service but apparently this is impossible. (??). We only ordered this online because a health issue made it too difficult to go to store. Have had to rely on another family member dashing out to a store to ensure the gift can be presented tomorrow. Now that I am aware that Pandora are not too keen to pull out all the stops to rectify, I will not be ordering from them online again. Additionally, I will now have e inconvenience of returning the item once it is delivered :(

Found the website a little tricky but…

Found the website a little tricky but finally sorted it. Got 10% off for singing up so that was great and postage was quick although if the item was in my local store I could have click and collected

Late delivery

Really disappointed to have paid for next day delivery only to receive an email saying it has been delayed and now won’t arrive in time.
I understand that these things happen but it was for a very special birthday present 😢

Really depends on the store

In some stores you get really helpful staff. They find the right product without being pushy, which is all you need really.

And then in others, like the one I visited when I was away in Leamington, tried to convince me that the charm bracelets get looser the more charms you have on them.

I think I'll visit other stores in future, and avoid the daft advice.
