Eco Smart UK 

Looking at various companies I decided to give Eco Smart a call. Craig turned up, explained the various options....with no pressure to buy there and then. Other companies contacted seem to want to do things by email and phone. Having decided to run with Eco Smart, I had other questions that needed answering before signing up. The options changed as we went along. But all questions were answered in a very straight to the point way with no waffle attached. Great.

And the install was going to be only 3 weeks after putting the order in. One problem though. Any scaffolding destined for the rear of the house would have to come through the house. I explained this and said I would need notice as to what day they would come and put it up. No problem, we'll put it up on the day. Really! They do use their own scaffolders. And that is what happened. Electrician was first to arrive and proceeded to do what he had to do. Very efficient. Scaffolding came about an hour later. Around 1pm, I started to think it was handy I'd taken the following day off work. And then, it all happened at once. Roofers arrived, panels got fitted, connected. And at 14.55pm all done! Up and running. I was shown how to access the install on the app etc. Yes, there were issues with the scaffolding coming down (someone had to be in) but eventually they came along on a Saturday to finish doing that.

And a neat and tidy installation all round. And it works! What more do you want?

Fitted today - very pleased with service. The man who initially came to our house was very pleasant and professional, explained the options for us clearly with no pressure to sign up. The other people I have spoken to on the phone have always been friendly and helpful. The team of installers who have been out today were fabulous. All were friendly, even helping me catch a rabbit (before escape) and gave ice lollies to the kids. We can already see on the app. the solar panels doing their thing. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent professionalism from first point of contact (Iain King) to installers (Jay). The company as a whole was very professional and highly recommend them. Any issues that arrose were dealt with quickly and efficiently

32kw batteries installed with 2 squirrel pod inverters in under 7 hours. Very happy with the install and although very early days results are promising. All the power I need at off peak prices!

I am writing this review despite the fact that we ended up purchasing a solar system from another company. We were not an easy customer as we required to understand everything in a good detail and we wanted to get maximum for our investment.

Our energy advisor was Iain and he has done an outstanding job. Since day one, Iain was there to explain, design, and help with all the questions we had. And there were many.

Throughout our solar journey we did ask for quite a few quotations and we ended up with a few designs. There is a lot of companies that want to exploit the boom in the market and cash in outstanding margins on what they provide. Some companies came in with an initial price for a basic system and when we told them we can get a lot more for a lot less, they immediately dropped their price by several thousands!!! Just like that. This only shows how much these companies really want to help people to save money versus how much they take advantage of people who do not dare to ask or do not do a research.

This was not the case of Eco Smart UK. Their offer was very reasonable from day one, stayed consistent and included a lot more than all other offers. Iain was very helpful in every way.

I can thoroughly recommend getting in touch with this company and getting a quote from them. You will not regret it.

A really bang up job! Throughout the process the communication has always been timely and polite and we are delighted with the results. The roofers, electricians and scaffolders were friendly, kept in touch via text, came when they said they would, and were really knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to recommend them.

I thoroughly recommend this company. The work was carried out faster than I expected and to a very high standard. The operation of the system was properly explained to me and seeing the power consumption from the grid drop to zero was very pleasant

Installation went very well despite the weather. Sparkys did a very neat job installing the batteries, etc. We have a conservatory in an awkward place, which made access tricky for the roofers, but as a team they got it done.
Thanks to Shaun, Les, Will, Joe, Luke and Jordan, who made it all happen on the day.
So far, no issues, just be nice to see the sun now !!

Excellent company. From our first enquiry we were able to discuss our requirement along with the advice given by the sales team. Work started within two weeks of us placing the order. Their own scaffolders arrived and erected the scaffolding efficiently and the panel fitters arrived the next day and completed the installation efficiently with no mess. Electrician came same day to install the battery and link everything up. We would fully recommend this company to everyone.

Just want to say this was a very big discussion, and me and my wife,got intouch with ECO SMART UK ,as we had a very bad experience with another firm , And the bad experience turned in to reality.At first we wear going to just have solar ,but had a full Heat pump installed and it was brilliant ECO SMART UK took 3 days for full installation, Dave Pete sales took us though it all as he new we wear realy dis hearted by the last installer who had let us down followed it all though from start finish ,the scafolders wear quick, and polite ,and two lads who connected the heat pump showed us how it works ,and the lads who connect the solar brilliant they wear a few tiles cracked but they didn't argue so professional replaced all the team was great and real would recommend thanks james fiona

Adrian - sales man was very friendly, profesional and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and taking us through the options suitable for us. And what was important is that Adrian came in person to our house to discuss options and details, not like other companies that are trying to sell a 10k+ system from bed in their pj s 😐 We had other quotes from other companies but none of them were able to fit the panels on flat roof.The whole team was very profesional, scaffolding was removed straight after the electricians finished their job. The team was friendly and profesional, Will and Jordan - the electricians made sure to explain how the whole system was working and how to use the app. Everything was left nice and tidy. The process took less than 3 weeks as the company had to work around our schedule.
Would highly recommend this company.

Good company all round, Adrian, Sales actually visited to discuss our system and has been helpfull since. The installers turned up on time and had the whole system installed in about 7 hours. Whole process took about two weeks from initial discussion to up and running.
The installers actually work for the company so are not sub contractors. Neat and tidy job.

From the start this company has been nothing but professional, helpful and they have a fabulous team working for them. From David the salesman who basically went through everything about solar power and options available with no hard sell. Once I accepted their quote I had an installation date within a fortnight, scaffolding went up on the Thursday morning by Liam and roofers ( Luke plus one)fitted panels the same day. The electrician had to cancel due to family matters but another two electricians (Jay and George) came out on Saturday and scaffolding (Liam) taken down same day. All the lads were pleasant and chatty as well as getting on with the job and leaving everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company. Just need a little more sun now.

I am delighted with the service provided by UkEcoSmart.
The sales manager visited the day after my initial enquiry. He knows the product and the process well, was able to explain and advise and followed up the same evening with a quotation.
The whole process moved very quickly and efficiently after that. A surveyor arrived, then soon two cheerful scaffolders came the day before installation, and finally the electricians and roofers early the morning after. Everyone achieved their part of the task in a professional manner and were tidy and helpful.
The scaffolding was removed two days after installation so there was no inconvenience there.
Communication with the company was good and I know help is available if required.
My solar panels were up and running seven days after my acceptance of the quotation as I was able to accept a cancellation date and I could not fault the service. I am enjoying using my "own" electricity and saving on the grid consumption.
All in all, I highly recommend UkEkoSmart.

Hen we decided to fit solar panels we searched around and were less than happy with most companies we reviewed. Then spoke to Eco Smart who were very helpful from the start. Adrian the sales manager visited and after finding out exactly what we wanted he suggested a suitable system and provided an all inclusive price. No pushing at all to include unnecessary hardware. We were able to select when we wanted the system fitted and on the day everyone arrived on time and immediately began the fit, the scaffolding being erected the day before. Everyone was very helpful and the fit was complete in a morning. Everything working as it should and although early days we are very pleased. Would certainly recommend anyone looking at energy issues to speak to Eco Smart. As the advert says, "they do what it says on the tin." Thank you very satisfied.

I had solar panels installed recently after comparing some other companies and quotes. I found Eco Smart UK to be very professional throughout from their sales representative David Fernandes who was excellent with good knowledge of their products and systems, to the surveyor Ben, roofer Joe and electrician Alex and their lads were excellent on the day of installation. They arrived after scaffolding was erected and were done by 3 PM so a really quick turnaround.
The customer service representative Kelly has already been in touch and am hoping that everything goes well with our system and I will highly recommend these guys as they do a very good and efficient job. We just need more sunshine I suppose and may be more batteries for storage.

Top class service from a company I would highly recommend. From the sales reps on the initial visit, through to the installation team. The scaffolders arrived on time, followed shortly after by the roofers who got the job completed in less than 2 hours. The electricians then followed shortly after and completed the install before proceeding to show me how to use the app. This was all completed within half a day which I thought was brilliant. Overall top level of service and very happy with the work done. I would recommend this company to anybody considering having solar panels and battery storage fitted.

Adrian, the sales manager, was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered the many questions that I had very quickly. The installation team were very polite and helpful and got the job done in the time expected. I've yet to get to grips with all of the technology but I'm pleased that I used Eco Smart UK as their products seem to be state of the art and I know there is back up support for any questions I might have moving forward.

Very neat installation, performance has exceeded expectation, and good after service. The recommendations in terms of equipment were good and the advice and knowledge were good.

I would strongly recommend UKEcoSmart. It was the most expensive quote but well worth the extra.
