Starting from when Liam the scaffolder arrived the day before the scheduled install day ,everything was so efficient.
On the day of the install, the team arrived at a reasonable time and they all knew their roles and got on with it. Neat,tidy, and a skilled workforce who I would highly recommend,they even took time to go over how the system worked and to make sure I was happy with everything
Would throughly recommend this company.
Also a big thank you to Adrian Bowen in sales for helping us make a great choice, and his follow up after installation complete.

OUTSTANDING! I can only give Eco Smart 10/10 customer service and I didn’t buy my air source pump from them, Arran who is now with Eco Smart was the then salesman for the company I purchased from, luckily for me I had saved Arrans number, I’ve been trying to contact the company I bought from as the system hasn’t worked properly for the last 2 years, after leaving messages & emails all to no avail, I was desperate so called Arran “ don’t worry I will call the owner & make sure an engineer is out today to fix your system” and that unbelievably an engineer did just that! I can’t thank Arran enough he could have had nothing to do with it but sorted it out straight away and I now have heat to my home. I’m hoping to have solar panels next I guarantee I will be getting them from Eco Smart!

The installation of 16 panels
The installation of 16 panels, 2 batteries and the inverter WAS completed in half a day despite torrential rain. A good experience ! If the promised savings materialise I will be even more delighted.

The six men who turned up to work on the solar panels and interior wiring and computer work were excellent and helpful. It is too early to comment on whether the work makes financial sense but I am hopeful.

My installation went extremely well and was very happy with team installing our our solar system. Just one point of recommendation is that when workmen enter a property especially on wet day's is they wear shoe protectors.But would highly recommend this company.

Great experience with Eco Smart UK
Very happy with the service from start to finish. I wanted my solar project to be undertaken by a local company, and the had a good experience with the sales team initially (not pushy, happy for me to take my time and ask questions) and there was no fuss with any of the order process. I was booked in for installation within a month with no problems. The installation went smoothly and the team were great - very friendly, professional and informative, and the work is nice and neat! We had a few teething problems with the software but this was quickly resolved and the customer care team have been really helpful throughout. I’m already seeing the benefits in our electricity bills! No hesitation in recommending Eco Smart UK to friends or family!
