Really good experience.
Whole experience was really good. The scaffolders, the roofers and the electricians all were really friendly and got the job done without a hitch.
Alex the electrician helped me understand all the details of how the system works and Joe the roofer helped put a bit of gutter back up whilst he was up the ladder. Much appreciated.

I was pretty nervous and anxious about the whole process but the team and professionalism of eco smart uk were incredible.
I ask alot of questions and i am quite needy, but i was left feeling so relaxed throughout.

Solar Panel Installation
The whole experience was a positive one. The staff of Eco Smart UK were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately there was a one week delay on the scheduled installation time but I think that was outside of their control - late delivery of parts. The installation team were all good lads and very polite and helpful.

I'm sorry to see there was a late delivery of the parts from the supplier, the ongoing energy crisis has caused a huge increase in demand for renewable energy equipment as people are rushing to reduce their bills, meaning suppliers have reduced stock levels, but I'm glad that it was a relatively short delay and your system is now up and running.

From placing the order to completion the customer service and installation team very efficient. Arrived on dates when they said they would come. Installation team very experienced and made no mess. On some days the panels are saving us nearly 50 per cent in kWh. Would certainly recommend the company.

Excellent Service
The service we have received from Eco Smart UK was excellent from start to finish. Our new air source heat pump has been installed just over 5 months now and I have to say we are very pleased with the performance. We also had our radiators upgraded at the same time. The team that carried out the work were a great bunch both polite and professional.
We were so pleased with the new air source system we decided to get Eco Smart to fit Solar Panels as well. This enabled us to do away with our gas supply entirely. We have already seen a huge reduction in our energy costs.
What was pleasing was the post sales courtesy call to check that everything went well with the installation with clear instruction not to hesitate to contact the team if we needed any support.
Huge thanks to the whole team - one of the best decisions we have made! - Thanks guys.
