Sorry but I have to change my review. I am using VPS enterprise plan. Everything was fine but from recent days we are facing lots of down time.
Support team always reboot the server and say everything is fine now. This make no sense when the core issue is different. How can RAM usage increase when there is less traffic and no background process.

Support team identified the root cause, and issue is fixed for now. Although still I want to give a feedback fix your live chat support. They literally unaware of things.
And yeah for now I will continue with ultahost!

The Ultahost.com company makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I rented a server for the game Enshrouded. When I no longer played the game I tried to cancel my subscription. I went through numerous hours without success. I was assured by them my account was cancelled only to be rebilled again and again.
Update: May I suggest that instead of an apology that you address the issue and institute and easy and straight forward way to cancel a subscription. Thank you.
