Swapped to untamed for my two elderly cats a few years ago and have been really pleased with the ordering process, delivery and quality of the food. Their gut health has improved and hey love the taste.

Fabulous customer service always willing to help. I have a 19 year old cat and the team at untamed have gone above and beyond to cater for her needs, and she loves her menu selections.

Cats love the food, plates are always completely licked clean which I've never seen before! After an initial order mistake which was rectified almost immediately finally received our taster box.
Food smells and looks good even to me!

I like the mixture provided as my cat likes to vary his meals on a regular basis.

We decided to try our cat with untamed as he needed to slim down, and are very happy to report that he has. Nothing is left in the bowl, although he’s not so keen on the pate product. The quality of the food is excellent, so much better than the sachets he was having previously.
Ordering is very easy, and it is helpful to be able to adjust the quantities and menu as needed. Delivery information is detailed, and delivery arrives when stated.

Hi the cat food is fabulous, so much in a tiny tin, easy to store and keep fresh. My furbaby loves the chicken ones best in gravy, the cost is good as there is no waste. My furbaby toilet habits are very regular and clean ,no awful smells with this cat food. Will continue to order

If my kitten could type, she would have given Untamed top reviews. She’s a fusser and she loves this food. No problem changing it from her previous wet food. My nose was fed up with smell attack every time she went for #2 anyway so I looked for quality food for her. Got a trial box and now I’m a subscriber. She has her favourites which definitely is not white fish one. All the other flavours she devours right away. Highly recommended. 5* from me and my nose, and 5 paws from her 😄

I have been a customer for some time with Untamed. My cat loves the food. Sadly, the company has rigid rules around how many packs of 7 tins you can buy. So the customer is not catered for.

I wanted to increase my order from 4 x 7 tins to 6 x 7 tinsper 4 weeks, as this would suit my cats eating patterns. However, Untamed have told me they cannot do this, as it does not fit in with their monthly plans. So what I, the customer, requires, is not catered for because of this.

I did not think it an unreasonable request, but it seems it is. And rather stupid outcome on their part

My cat loves Untamed! Since starting with it her coat is alot glossier and her skin is alot better. She isn't a big fan of the fisher flavours but she loves the chicken mixed with other things. It helps with her hydration too because of the broth.
Untamed are great with making last minute changes to the order. Changing shipping dates etc is also very easy. There is plenty of choice and it always arrives in good time.
The key thing for me is the quality, which is clear to see. The vet even commented on how well our cat is looking, and I have no doubt that alot of that is down to Untamed.
Also, the hairball helper treats are amazing! She loves them out of the fridge on a warm day.

I don't eat cat food, but my cat does (shocker!) and he seems to love this stuff.
After 4 years I encountered my first minor issue with an order this week, and Untamed sorted it out straight away, and actually went further than they needed to. Brilliant service, keep doing what you're doing.

Cannot rate untamed highly enough. My cat is obsessed - he make noises at meal times I've never heard come out of him before! Love the ease of the subscription model and not having to think about it - I'm also getting the dry now too which he loves. Happy cat! Thank you :)

I really love untamed! The whole experience is smooth and my cats love the food. The food orders are easy to manage, the packaging is fun and the cats are happy

My cats love untamed and they also have great customer service (untamed, not the cats!). Wish they came in double size tins as well as one of my cats regularly demands two helpings. (She’s not fat, just very active!)

Having rescued 2 Untamed’s cats from a Greek island i ended up feeding them on untamed having tried many many of the better known brands . Every one i tried would either be point blank refused or would make them vomit . I went from believing that having been strays and literally eating out of bins they would eat any cat food to understanding that they were actually used to eating raw unprocessed ingredients and untamed provided the nutrients they needed to instinctively know that this was good food . They have since thrived with no refusals or vomiting .
The quality is evident the moment you open the tin and see the reaction of the twins . There is a great choice of flavours and easy to order straight to your door.

My cat has loved this food from the first time she tasted it and the quality is excellent. There’s plenty of choice and Untamed tell me in good time when a delivery is due so that I can tweak the menu. Delivery is prompt. The only thing I could wish for is more flexibility in the amount ordered, although it is easy enough to change the delivery date if I’m running short.

My cats love Untamed! I have one cat with a sensitive tummy and this food really suits her. The meat content looks appealing and is not reconstituted rubbish. The they both look super healthy with beautiful coats. Repeat orders are super easy.

The options aren't overwhelming, simple questions about the cat followed by questions about his favourite flavours. I was able to order the box and set up the auto renew in a short amount of time. It was also made clear that some food is complimentary and some is complete so I could make the right decision.
