They still charge you if you delete your server

They still charge you if you delete your server with no reason and no monthly invoice i have log in my account after 2 months they debited 12$

If you deleted a server then there would be no further charges incurred for this. The only way that charges would still accrue on an account would be if you didn’t delete either the associated storage devices or additional services such as backups.

Poor support, poor service

I signed up for the $5 trial to check if their claims were actually true (they weren't). My account was quickly suspended as I was running multiple benchmark scripts testing upload/download etc. I contacted support and they said that they would speak with their "team". The following day I had to contact support again, and they said that my account had been permanently supended, and that I should look for another cloud provider.

I Opened my Account with UpCloud in a Hope that I will get to try the plan I wanted to but instead I got 5$ plan for trial that too for 3 days.. I Read somewhere that upcloud give 25$ credit for trial so I thought I would try 20$ service and if I am happy I will stay.. I Asked a Customer service Named "Long" that I wanted to try 20$ account and instead Got 5$ he proposed me to add money and Get it or I will close your Account.. Happy That I Opted for closing it.. Its Really Bad Experience from such a company.. I Hope this company improves way of Customer Service with Customer Retention.

Good, but cogent involved...

Well, if it wasn´t mainly cogent network routing it would be great. I get sometimes decent to good download and pageload speeds, and sometimes very bad ones. I mean really bad, like 10 to 15 kB/s to my region. Consider this and do proper testing, Depending on your region could be ok to very good. The server itself and the panel, installation etc. are really good though.
