The fact that I can just pick music and add to my videos without worrying about all that copyright stuff is a stress reliever. So many sounds to pick from! I'm just starting out and I'm still learning. I know that I am putting the music I am using in the wrong spot when I post, but I can't seem to figure out how to add the music I'm using in the right spot. But I do post it in the descriptions even though we don't have to. If you are thinking about using Uppbeat for posting on social media, DO IT!

Dano, my Uppbeat customer service rep, was incredibly helpful -- he really went the extra mile in answering my questions, and was unfailingly polite, professional and, well, upbeat! This counted as a positive experience with a help desk. Top notch!

Rachel was as kind as ever, telling me straight up what the issue could be when my card was getting declined.
Other customer service reps should follow her steps because it was a blast finding out the issue in the end!
