I have been ordering from them over a year now and have never been left down, order always arrived on time great customer service always have answered my calls and I always get an extra juice free. Can't fault them in anyway

I placed my first ever order, direct from the company, for 3 vapes. Received 2 of the 3, and promptly informed them of my issue. Now, after 3 attempts to resolve the issue....nothing. It's a great product....but Big Time Buyer Beware. Such a shame when a great product is ruined by dishonesty and bad customer service.

I placed an order on Wednesday. No sign of any delivery or correspondence from the company until I contacted them. I got a refund no apologies zero help. Avoid

If I could of give no stars I would of done. Been going round in circles for ages trying to place an order but doesn't give the option of entering any payment details. It's meant to be in London but no payment options for my state?????
From reading the reviews inquire relieved I couldn't pay!!!!!

Ordered 27th November and received nothing but a thank you email. Unable to reply to the email to request an update. Now £32.99 lighter and no way of contacting them . Very disappointed

Took over 3 weeks to arrive, super unreliable wouldn’t bother

I ordered on 25th on november its now 2nd of december. I have written 3 emails, made numours calls with fail, filled the online form thing and messaged on live chat. With absolutly no response. I really dont know what to do now I just want a refund at this point. Has anyone been sucessful claiming money from their bank? Also they put missleading information on their page that their trust pilot is 5 stars and excellent. :(

I have never received my order. I have tried telephoning many, many times but it just keeps cutting me off, i have also tried many time to make contact via live chat, no one answers even though it states they respond immediately. I am now trying to get my £39.80 back via Barclaycard.

SCAMMERS !!! Be carefully with this website and company ! The address they provide does not exist! it’s Moorfield eye hospital and there no shop there! I order nearly 3 weeks ago sent 2 emails, insta messages, twitter messages and still NO response!!! They do not even respond to you. They just take YOUR money and disappear . They also blocked my account after i placed an order so i can’t login to see my order!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! I don’t write reviews usually but the HASSLE they gave me is UNBELIEVABLE. Think before you place an order or REGRET later!

product hasn’t arrived yet and after reading reviews it’s possible that it’s down to the company and not the delivery? They do have a lot of stock to choose from hence the 3 star rating but unfortunately you get one invoice email and no other updates after and no way of tracking like the other vape shops. I can’t log back into the account and every time I click reset password it tells me a email has been sent but I have not received one yet?
My bad the parcel turned up the next day after I wrote this review.
Great taste on the raspberry tasty cbd vape juice, comes in a large bottle though so it’s not as potent even tho it’s 3500mg, you need for example a 30ml bottle with that mg in it to get the best effect. I’m still gonna leave the thing at 3 star as I think there should be a better update service on the things you have bought.

Don’t respond for weeks.And ordered for fast delivery .I wait 2 weeks and after they sad my order lost by courier,but don’t give me any news.Just waisting time.

On the website it says that the package would arrive after 6 days. 2 weeks have passed and the package has not arrived yet.

Urban vape owner is refusing to pay staff during lockdown even though they are continuing to trade online, this is appalling behaviour.
