This company is a scam - I ordered coils from them and they have never arrived. All emails and messages are ignored and their phones disconnected. Spoke to the courier who confirmed they never did recieve a parcel for my address (several days after it was "dispatched"). The only thing Urban Vape Store is good for is stealing!

Received wrong items, told correct items would be sent, not received and now ignoring messages! Avoid!

Finally got tracking information after 4 emails sent to them asking for it. Ordering for a second time, parcels are coming within 2-3 weeks to my country, but the customer service is very poor here... no complaints about the products tho, everything is great.

Ordered vape juice about 5 days ago. Had no shipping info, tracking number or anything. Bit slow but sure the vape will be nice when it eventually comes 🙄

Product never came. Ignored all my emails and phone calls. Watch out for these SCAMMERS. Use grey haze vape instead, they do free next day delivery, are quick to reply and keep you updated.

Great shipping! First I taught it was a scam but IT IS LEGIT! At least my order was. Im happy, it took like 5 days, the usual and they responded every email i sent. I ordered SALT Switch Lush ice and banana ice. Great flavors and legit vapes.

My order is missing since December 2020, no one is responding to my emails anymore, and the only one reply I ever get after complaining that my parcel never reached my, was "you don't need to worry at all".. What does it mean??? I asked for a full refund, never get the answer back.. Highly recommending to choose any other vape store, because this one is very dissapointing !!!!! And I was a returning customer, sadly never buying from here ever again!
