Outstanding customer service
I first made contact with Vanzone, my initial contact was with a person called Sam Johnson, who was extremely helpful and understood my current situation.
A little bit of background behind what happened I went to a different company went through the process had a vehicle delivered however it was the incorrect vehicle and then the communication from there was very poor.
I then done some research and found some really good reviews regarding van zone, I first spoke to Sam Johnson explained the situation and believe it or not the process has been so easy and so straightforward.
It’s a little things they call you back when they’re meant to call you back.
They send the correct documentation and nothing seems any trouble to them.
This is the first time I have ever financed a vehicle and the process with van zone is so straightforward, and individuals like Sam Johnson are so helpful and professional excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble very highly recommended.
Honestly, it is so hard nowadays to find a company that you can trust from an individual first time ever financed a vehicle vanzone have gone above and beyond.

We have made attempts to contact you by phone to discuss your review and address any concerns directly. On 21st October at 12:22, the Sales Manager spoke with you regarding van options. During that conversation, you explained that you had found three VW Crafters with another supplier on a deal that included zero deposit and only a £1,000 balloon payment at the end, and you advised that you were happy with the deal you had secured and felt fortunate to have found those vans.
At that point, as you confirmed you had already proceeded elsewhere and did not request any further pricing, the enquiry was closed. We did advise that if anything changed, you were more than welcome to get back in touch and we would be happy to help.
We’re always keen to be transparent and assist where we can. Should you wish, we are more than happy to share details of this phone call with you. We would also welcome the opportunity to speak with you again directly if you’d like to discuss this further.
Fantastic service with good pricing

Fantastic, reliable company
We received our crew cab van a few weeks ago and are delighted with it!
The whole procedure from Simon sourcing the van, to the admin team keeping me regularly updated and answering my many questions, to the delivery being right on time was fantastic.
I have to admit that I was quite nervous having never bought a new vehicle & paying upfront without even seeing it, was all new to me, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vanzone to others!

Excellent service for getting our first van
Excellent service for getting our first van for our retail business. I was bewildered by the world of business vehicle finance and Simon was kind enough to invite me to their office and explain it to me. This advice was invaluable.
The finance process was simple and communication throughout was brilliant.
The van was delivered to our place of buisness within 2 weeks, in impeccable condition. Very happy with it.
