Dear Mr Clancy,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience with Vanzone. I understand that your experience has not met your expectations, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.

I do wish to bring a few points to your attention as I want to assure you that since you notified us of the issues with the Knox Sensor, that occurred after the 150miles, we had been actively working to resolve the issue with your van. We have been proactive in every step, contacting Nissan Customer Services, Nissan Assistance, and the Nissan Dealership on your behalf, and communicating directly with you via phone and email to keep you updated on the progress. Originally the van was booked in for the 23rd of October, but with our constant communication with Nissan we managed to get the vehicle fixed within a couple of days.

Additionally, I must express that your request for over £11,000 in compensation for a warning light issue is very unreasonable. We have worked diligently to resolve the issue promptly and professionally, and we believe that our actions and efforts have gone above and beyond to help in this situation, despite our proactive efforts, you chose to use abusive language towards our staff. Such behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

While I do understand your frustration that a new van has broken down, this is why manufacturers put a warranty in place to help resolve the situation. I do feel that us here at Vanzone, Nissan Customer Services, and the Nissan Dealership have acted in a timely manner, and I also want to emphasise that the van was repaired and ready for collection on the 15th, prior to its actual scheduled appointment date of the 23rd.

At Vanzone we understand that buying a new vehicle can be a stressful experience, so we aim to keep the process as easy as possible.
