Had my new van delivered yesterday
Had my new van delivered yesterday, all as ordered & described.
Excellent service from Vanzone, they kept me informed all the way through the process.

You enquired with us 31/07/23 you made 3 calls to us, Jon has tried contacting you via telephone 6 times in total which I don’t believe to be excessive, we were responding to an enquiry you made to us.
I am sure you would have complained if we didn’t call you back at all and I would encourage our sales team to contact customers. (I have the calls stats and recordings available on request)
The sales person in question has sent you a lovely email about the van for your son and is not pressurising you at all, I have also heard the phone call to another staff member where you have said we left you 16 messages in 4 days this is just complete fabrication and adds to your delusional thoughts.
With this completely slanderous review I would request you remove this or we will look to take legal action to get this removed.

Excellent service from vanzone - found the right van out there when everywhere else had long waiting times or stopped taking orders for VW Transporters. Finance was sorted out and delivery was arranged in a really short timeframe and for a really great price.

Stay away from this company
A van was delivered to us in February 2023 (this should have been October 2022). It was delivered damaged and with a fault that remains unresolved. Vanzone have completely washed their hands of all responsibility or compensation that they previously advised us would be forthcoming once the faults were resolved.

We sell brand new vehicles and the Manufacturer would be liable for any warranty work but again apologies we couldn’t be more help with the fix.

Simon @ VanZone has the patience of saint, calling weekly with any updates of prospective vans !! It's taken us a while and a lot of quotes to get the van we were looking for and when one came up to process couldn't have been easier.

Promised delivery of new van by end of…
Promised delivery of new van by end of May stating to give them until the end of June wasn’t able to deliver now they are now refusing to give me the deposit back saying they can deliver in July to which I have told them it’s too late

Got there in the end
Had to wait nearly 21 months for my new VW caddy commerce due to supply issues and then the price increased by nearly £3000. I believe this was out of there hands and they offered the deposit back if I wanted to pull out,
I carried on and all in all it still was a good price and delivered to my door

Over promising under delivering is best…
Over promising under delivering is best way to sum it up, my new van eventually turned up, only 3 months later than promised (so missing out on 130% tax advantages) and to say absolutely filthy under statement, everything gets blamed on manufacturer no one willing to accept responsibility! I have found them very difficult to deal with never again!! Avoid at all cost, tell you they have van but I have since learned they are a broker so guessing they have zero stock!! Be very careful with this company, never again for me!!

Thank you for your review, and please accept an apology from Vanzone that the vehicle was delayed at the Port with the Manufacturer and has turned up with dust and dirt in the cab. I also want to advise on this public review, we have already apologised for this and offered £50 compensation so you can get this valeted properly, unfortunately we do not clean the vehicles as this is done by the manufacturer.
We don’t hide the fact we are a Broker and we supply almost 3000 units per year so we can use our large buying power to ensure you get the most cost effective options around and means we have no loyalty to one brand therefore offering the best option for you and your business.
I agree, this is not our normal excellent service and the deliveries with this specific manufacturer have been delayed heavily by various issues outside of Vanzone’ s control, However this is something that we have seen improving over the last few weeks.

What can I say … that was the easiest purchase of a commercial vehicle I have ever made. All of the staff were very professional and very helpful. I had a brand new vehicle £4k cheaper than anywhere else and delivered within two weeks. Excellent company.

Good advice on what van could be realistically obtained on time, good communication throughout the process and short telephone pickup times. They made a change when I had a concern about one item and the whole process went faultlessly. I'm delighted with my new van and highly recommend Vanzone.
