The van was to expectation and all delivered as planned, saving a bundle. I was warned of potential delivery delays and long (8 months) lead in; reflecting the unusual times we find ourselves in. Fiat themselves created plenty of issues in accepting options on the order they subsequently could not deliver. Vanzone communicated these and made amendments to the order. I can't praise Vanzone enough and would be happy to use them again - which in itself speaks volumes.

Bought a maxus deliver 9 seamless process delivery was poor didn’t turn up then tried to not come day after van was filthy again not their fault the delivery company. Could have dealt with it after which they said they’d investigate and heard nothing since.

We have bought our second Citroen Berlingo in 6 months from Vanzone. Fairly easy to deal with which is why we went back to them for the second vehicle. The delivery was longer than expected but still soon enough for us (took about 6 weeks). I will definitely contact them when we need another van.

I have the '22 plate Citroen van I wanted at a good price. Ultimately that's a result. But Vanzone got my order because I was told initially by the salesperson that I would be getting the vehicle on the date I wanted it, w/b 6th March. The van was delivered to me, after much hassling on my part, on April 14th.
Obviously the 'small print' references delay possibilities and delivery estimates but I think the sales pitch was disingenuous. The Customer Services team were as helpful as they could be given the circumstances

In April I ordered a Citroen relay. The process was pretty straight forward. it arrived within 4 weeks and everyone did as they said they would.
I would use them again and if they offer you a good deal so should you!

bought a van from vanzone was a bit wairy as in the past i’ve only ever dealt with main dealers
the sales guy seemed genuine and promised me my new van within 4 weeks at the latest which was perfect . unfortunately what the sales guy told me was s**t
after 8 weeks of constant lies from the full team at van zone i was told that my van had just come in to the country , when i ordered the van it was suppose to be in this country ready for delivery
they kept telling me that my van needed to be authorised in shanghai and they were in lockdown so couldn’t contact them , but when i went into the local maxus dealer he laughed saying it was the first he heard of that
when my van was finally ready for delivery there manager rang me and said good news your van has come , but it gone up 4 grand plus vat
please keep away from this company they have no idea what there doing , they are incapable of selling vans . they should all be packing shelf’s at asda cause that’s the mental capacity of vanzone
ps if your gonna tell lies in the future make sure the whole team are aware 🤣

Vanzone couldn't have been more helpful for us, they gave updates every step of the way. Although we did wait quite some time for delivery, this was out of Vanzones hands due to the way things are within the vehicle industry at this time! Good customer service!

Signed a contract with Vanzone. Paid £1000 deposit in June 2021 for November delivery of a Nissan NV300 including full ply-line.
During this time I found out Nissan are changing the shape making a face lift model called the Primastar. So I contacted Vanzone who advised me Nissan was doing so but going to honour their price and I would be getting the new shape.
Great news...
Various staff have since called saying my new van is still due for November delivery.
Great...
November came but no van. Totally understandable with COVID delaying production.
Was then advised by Vanzone it would be Febuary 2022, But it changed again to end of March or begining of April.
April came had a call from Vanzone saying my van had been built, it was in France waiting to be shipped/registered then delivered in May.
May came I got a call from a very rude manager who told me my van will be ready in June and would be £4500 more do you want it or not? We need to know by the end of the day! I rang back an hour later and their excuse was Nissan had gone back on their word and wanted another £4500. They also said the ply-lining was not included now and wanted another £200.
Thats £4700+vat more!!
After waiting 10 months and lied to I asked for my deposit back.
Please READ the NEGATIVE reviews....avoid this company that do not even deserve 1*
No doubt they will follow this up with more lies!!!!

After placing a order for a new VW Crafter 20 month’s ago which should have been delivered January 2021 after calling to find out when in January it will be delivered I was told that VW had closed all orders so I went for a MAN van with a 6 month delivery so this now would September 2021, again had to call to find out delivery date to be told my order had been delayed again even after promises I would have it then, 6 month’s wait for it to be delivered now in February 2022 to be told after I called again that the order had been cancelled!!
The order value had been about 25K but now the same can would be at least 40k I can see why my order had been cancelled.
So a very unhappy customer

I bought 2 vans from Vanzone and was very satisfied with the company, their open communication, service and honesty. I’m surprised to note a few less than positive comments, however one has to appreciate that these are unprecedented conditions we are witnessing in a number of sectors not just the motor trade therefore a degree of patience and understanding is called for on the side of the purchaser. The financial discount that was given far outweighs any minor delays that may have been forced upon Vanzone through no fault of their own. Yes, I was disappointed to receive one of my vans a couple of months behind schedule and missed out on the new 22 plate by one day, but all in all I was kept up to date with any delays, which helped me arrange the sales of our existing vehicles to coincide with delivery minimising any inconvenience to me. The vans upon arrival were as you would expect them to be and the delivery driver was polite and phoned beforehand to confirm arrival time. I would certainly recommend Vanzone to others and I will consider using them again when we are due to renew.

PLEASE believe the other reviews.
If there was an option to leave zero stars then I would.
Totally unprofessional company this is what happened :
- Order placed for a vehicle and deposit paid in September 2021.
- Phone call in February mentioning that the price MAY go up if not delivered by end March 2022. No change to the order confirmation / contract was received
- Expected delivery date was March 2022
- I received an invoice from Vanzone on 21st April
- The invoice was paid in full and confirmed as received...
Then came the call informing me of a £2250+VAT increase along with a statement saying that Vanzone need to retain the V5 log book for 9 months !!!
THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER THE VAN even though it was paid for in full
Total disrespect and bullying behaviour on the phone and via email (copies retained as proof)
My only option was to pay extra money, go legal, or have a refund - I took the refund just to get out of the situation
They will now sell my vehicle at a higher price than I paid for it in September

DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY DESPITE THE OFFER OF CHEAP VANS..!!!
We ordered 2 vans in September, one arrived prior to march and we had to pay an additional £740 + vat despite the price in September being agreed.
Daniel informed us that the van "had to be registered prior to 1st march" however 3 hours later another member of the team told us the van could be registered later meaning a 22 plate was possible and Daniel was not in his right to tell us that.
The second van we ordered has been a complete shambles and we will not be getting that now, which we have recorded under another review.
One last thing to mention is that we were informed that I shouldn't have had the V5 log book sent to me, meaning I would not have owned the van outright for a duration of 9 months... Something to consider if you get tempted.
PLEASE STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..!!!

Do not give this company your time. Absolutely awful service. I had to do the chasing constantly, before paying I was given a time frame of 2 weeks, 6 weeks later I was still chasing for an actual date. No clarity was provided throughout, the last call I had with this company, the lady on the phone told me she 'would let me know when she knew anything'' as you can imagine, this did not fill me with any confidence having waited a month longer than anticipated already, I simply explained I need some direction so I can sort an alternative vehicle for the meantime and can I speak with a manager who may know more. The lady said a manager will return my call, I didn't receive any contact back but within an hour and without permission they had sent my payment back.
frustratingly I am 6 weeks on and no further sourcing a van, just wasted time.
