Great experience and would use again.

Ordered a Fiat Fiorino van for my son from Vanzone late Jannuary for delivery after March 1st. Everyone I've dealt with from Steve in sales to Cath in Customer Service and in particular Marie in Customer Service have been helpful, honest, polite and appear to be genuinely concerned at offering an outstanding level of service. The van was delayed by a few weeks but my son was thrilled when the van arrived at his home yesterday even with half a tankful of diesel, and a helpful driver. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and incidentally we were given an 'outstanding price'. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. I have bought many new cars over the years and rate the experience with Vanzone as outstanding.

ordered a ford transit custom in November for April delivery "22 plate" got called in jan to say good new your vans coming early in feb ask if it could be held tole march for the new plate tole would have to take it in feb so agreed called them a few time to check how it was going to get just wait to hear from suppliers called end of feb to get told your order is now back to April so called at the start of April to get told its cancelled wish I had spent the extra and just gone to ford and ordered it

We share this frustration with you entirely, manufacturers are having wide scale issues themselves.
We have been dealing with them directly and sadly your van was one of the very few that has had the issues you have mentioned above.
Unfortunately, even if you had gone to the dealer directly it is most likely that you would have faced the same problem (but you would have paid A LOT more for the vehicle).
As it has been mentioned, we can offer alternative vehicles which will not face the problems you have spoken about, but other than that, is there anything else that you think we can do? We mean that sincerely.
We work hard to inform every customer of any updates on their vehicles, regrettably, given the supply problems resulting from the global van shortage, there are still some updates (thankfully, not often) which aren’t good.

Ordered October

Ordered October, put back 4 times then a call last month to say my van was mow allocated to me for delivery in April, phoned in April and they said manager will contact me and told me my ranger was cancelled because of Ford,I have contacted Ford and although things have changed for broker discounts that they were honouring existing orders, I complained to manager and all he done was send me a copy of my signature with the words to say that they have the right to cancel an order at any stage, so we can't but they can, even had the cheek to ask if I want to order another one ,someone probably about to be delivered mine for more money, worst company ever dealt with order at your peril.

We would never sell a vehicle for more money to any other customer.

You have contacted Ford and they may tell you that they are honouring existing orders. But we can assure you that they are not.
We know of numerous other company’s customers having said the exact same thing.

This is an issue that is being faced nationwide by all brokers, it is not just a Vanzone issue.

We have given you a full refund and we offered you a discounted alternative.
With Ford having pulled your vehicle, there was nothing more that we could have done.

3rd vehicle cancelled

I have now had 3 vans cancelled by Vanzone. On the last van I was told it had been received and would be delivered at the beginning of March I’ve now been told it’s not available anymore and my deposit will be refunded. As they obviously were supplied and I wasn’t even though I signed a contract and paid the deposit. The service I have received has been nothing short of very poor.

The manufacturer had issues with their supply and pulled your vehicle from us. We never received your van, if we had you would be driving it right now. We don’t benefit in any way until a vehicle arrives at your door.

We’re aware that this is frustrating, trust us, we’re just as annoyed by this as you. We put a lot of time and effort into getting your van. We have lost out here too.

As soon as we found out about this situation, we offered you alternative solutions. As you didn’t want these, we refunded your money in full.

Nightmare before Vanmas

Was having a nightmare before xmas trying to get a new van locally, Vanzone had sent me email that week & after sorting out costings, had new van delivered to my work within 6 weeks.

To me

To me, the real gauge of a company is how they act when under pressure, I was dealing with Jamie and he kept me up to date with what was going on. The whole world was having a meltdown so it was unfair to blame these guys for the global van shortage. I found them great to deal with and will definitely use them again.

I was a little put off by some negative…

I was a little put off by some negative reviews at first but I am so happy we went with vanzone.
They kept me updated and our van came on time.
Now all we have to do is convert it into a camper.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! Ordered my new transit custom over 4 months ago with completed paperwork, deposit paid, contracts signed and a delivery slot for April! Just been told it’s either another 3 grand to go ahead with ordering it and to be put to the back of the build que with no build date or to cancell the order outright and have no new van! Total shambles of a company who just lie for months on end about the situation. It was only a month ago I had a call to confirm my April delivery and now they change their mind!

How can anyone with ANY common sense

How can anyone with ANY common sense - Blame Vanzone or any other dealer / supplier, for the vehicle manufacturers not being able to build the vehicles, due to a world wide microchip shortage!.
& Vehicle dealers / suppliers like Vanzone are the ones losing the most money..
As they only earn when they've sold a vehicle, its been paid for in full & Delivered to the customer.
I'm sure Vanzone & All other dealers & suppliers are more frustrated with lead times / delivery dates being put back, Than they're customers are..
As they're being told 1 date by the manufacturer's. Relaying that date to the customers- Then the manufacturer is changing the date & The dealer is blamed by the customer.. - Come on.. Bit of common sense..
When there was a fuel supply shortage - We didn't start blaming individual petrol stations for not being able to get fuel did we.?
- No petrol stations could get fuel, but they all said they'd hopefully have some in tomorrow & Didn't..

Great new van

After struggling for months to get my hands on a new van, I came across vanzone and I couldn’t be happier . Unbelievably helpful and Fantastic people to deal with, they went above and beyond to suit all my needs and the van is everything I asked for .

Look elsewhere

I would like to echo the content of the 1* review from 22/11/21.

I dealt with Vanzone during this failed transaction and can say that Vanzone’s response to the review was not factual.

All well and good having the last word on Trustpilot and blaming global issues etc. etc. but maybe sometimes it’s better to just say sorry for the poor service you gave.

If they called back we would have expected to see your number in a missed call log on one of the charity’s mobiles. We were also never offered an alternative van.

How many other negative reviews have you added a nonsensical reply to?

Another endearing trait of Vanzone’s.

Don’t risk it. Look elsewhere.

I ordered a van for our charity and got let down and couldn’t get our deposit back.
Poor from start to finish. 6 months shoddy service.
The customer service manager failed to call me back on more than one occasion; if the customer service manager can’t keep their word why should anyone else?
All very convenient when they don’t seem to want to refund your deposit.
What is the business model? Keep everyone’s deposit for as long as possible by ignoring them?
They’ll probably add a comment after this review but there is no excuse or reason for such extremely poor customer service. Don’t do it, look elsewhere.

Afternoon Mr Hay,

I feel we have a duty to reply, when your review is completely inaccurate and suggests that you have not received a refund.

The delay with your vehicle is a global supply issue that affects everyone and NOT just Vanzone. Once we found out about the delay from the Manufacturer, we called you straight away and offered you alternative vehicles, this was on the 8th November. We advised you then that your deposit was refundable.

After numerous calls from our customer service team, you called back on Friday 12th November and spoke to our Sales Manager. You informed him that instead of an alternative vehicle, you wished to have a refund.

Your deposit was refunded back to you in Full on Wednesday 17th November, and you were sent an email to confirm this.

I don’t understand what you think we achieve as a business by holding on to a deposit for as long as possible. We don’t make any profit from a transaction until the vehicle is delivered.

While we understand your frustration, we don’t feel that your review is in any way a fair reflection of what actually took place, and there is nothing more we could have done under the circumstances.

Businesses nationwide are struggling to get a steady supply of stock, it would be nice if sometimes this was recognised instead of simply leaving a bad review.

Ordered a new van from Vanzone in September and was told they only had three available for delivery on the 15th of November as the price was so good we were happy to wait. Unfortunately due to Nissan delaying delivery Vanzone couldn’t meet the delivery date. Dan was very helpful offering and alternative or a refund of my deposit.
