Caution when contacting securitas!…
Securitas promised a €12 reduction in our monthly fee after two years of contract duration. After contacting them 2 years later, a representative confirmed by phone that the reduction would take effect the following month. However, the original amount was still charged.
When we contacted Securitas again, another representative informed us that the reduction would not be applied after all. His explanation was unclear and quite unfriendly, and he ended the conversation saying: “I don’t have time to explain this to you again” and hung up.
Based on this experience, we recommend to be careful when contacting securitas!

I am sure it’s a good alarm system but you can never get rid of it. When you cancel it they say everything is okay but then you start to get bills after bills and calls from lawyers. When one is paid you get another call. Absolutely no recommended.

They are still charging me for a service I cancelled months ago.
I sent emails and made phone calls to cancel the service, but they were ignored.
I regret ever using them.

Now been off for 5 days and spent hours with their polite but useless help centre. When it works it appears OK but Im now skeptical if the system is actually working at all Now 6 days. Another hour talking to their help line. They haven’t got a clue what’s happening in my house!!! I was told it was fixed Again and then offline AGAIN.

Scheduled appointment - nobody is coming
I have made an appointment for an alarm maintenance, but nobody is coming. I have called Securitas and they just tell me that the appointment has been cancelled, but they don't know why. I have not received any message and have arranged my travel schedules to be here for the maintenance, really annoying.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. They're just trying to get you to sign a contract. They don't fulfill all the terms of the contract. They only threaten you with the fact that you have a contract. But they don't know that, according to the law, any contract can be terminated. For several weeks, there's been no contact with them since signing the contract. I have no access to the alarm. They're scammers. They wanted me to give them my phone number again, but no one called. They don't care about the customer. They're scammers. Think twice about who you sign a contract with. And remember, every contract can be canceled within a month of the first year.

Though I have not had the opportunity or time to test all aspects of the system the app and the use thereof seem straightforward and informative at least that which I have used to date and as the instruction manual is in Spanish I will see if I can download an English version on the internet.
