Outstanding customer service from Victoria at VertoFX

We had an issue where our funds were not remitted into our wallet, and understandably it was quite stressful. Victoria stepped in and handled the situation exceptionally well.

She was responsive, professional, and proactive throughout the process, kept us informed at every stage, and ensured the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Her customer service made a real difference and restored confidence during what could have been a very frustrating experience.

Would 100% recommend, as someone who has used a number of other remittsnce platforms

After my previous remittance platform went down, I discovered and started using Verto, and I have to say, I've been pleasantly surprised. They are very professional and regulated, but once onboarded, their rates are very competitive and their customer service is top-notch. Would 100% recommend.
