The overall service is good. But the approval process for new beneficiaries take more time (in my case more than a week) and that is very frustrating if you need to pay supplier invoices and want to make international payments.
One of the customer support team Ashley, I want to appreciate him for his services. Always quickly responding emails and following up cases seriously. He unlocks for me in the process and my rate could have been 1-2 stars with out his support.

We’ve been using VertoFX for over a year and we’re genuinely very happy with it. Transfers are fast, the platform is fully digital, and their customer service replies quickly whenever we need help. Their app is not working with some transactions and made mistake. The service to give solution horrible .. they just wait other banks to solve a problem that is theirs... And the the kind of transaction has problem so then u can trust. There is no explanation. Now I am risking my business... With more than 2000 usd that I don't know if I will recover. .. they are telling me to wait up to 15 days .. that depend if the bank is able to help... Very not serious services. Horrible experience.
