Best price snd polite sales team
This company and especially Shaz the sales person, made it easy for me to get a very good lease price for the car I’d set my heart on. Very polite and helpful snd sent over details and info speedily. Never recommend VIP Gateway
I have leased a car from VIP Gateway after being clearly told it would be delivered within one month and that it would include a reverse camera, which I specifically requested and they confirmed. The reality was very different.
The car arrived two months later – a full month after the promised delivery date – causing real inconvenience. When it finally turned up, it did not have the reverse camera, despite their confirmation that it would. Their “solution” so far is to offer £100 to cover a £30 camera from Halfords, which does nothing to make up for the delay, the stress, or the fact that the car was not supplied as specified.
At this stage I feel misled, disappointed on both delivery times and specification. I was also threaten by Ross the team leader that if I don’t go ahead with accepting the 100£ they will cancel my contract.

I completely understand why the delivery timeframe and the issue surrounding the reversing camera would have caused frustration, particularly when the camera was something you had specifically discussed with our team before ordering.
In terms of vehicle delivery dates, vehicle delivery dates can unfortunately move due to circumstances outside of our direct control such as port delays, manufacturer recalls, delivery issues and supply chain issues.
While usually rare, these things can happen from time to time which is are never great for both us or yourself and I fully appreciate that this does not take away from the inconvenience caused when expectations have been set differently.
Equally, if there has been any misunderstanding regarding the vehicle specification, that is something we take seriously and want to properly review.
Manufacturers change specification frequently on cars with new model year releases sometimes every 6 months. Specification can be added or removed by the manufacturer and while our team will always assist you, we do recommend checking the manufacturer website to to view the latest specification matches your requirements and needs.
The £100 offered was intended as a gesture to help resolve the reversing camera issue rather than to dismiss the wider frustration you have experienced.
I understand our management team are now in touch with you and a reverse camera is being installed into the vehicle.
Within the VIP Gateway customer experience team, it is our goal that 100% of customers experience the usual 5* service that we pride ourselves on and we are here to assist and work with the 2% of customers that feel they haven't experienced the 5* service and journey we offer.
Our management team will work directly with you to resolve the above which I can see from my side that a resolution has been found.

Absolutely fantastic service from Steve Tranter. From start to finish, Steve made the whole car leasing process incredibly easy and straightforward. He was professional, helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted.
The service was genuinely first class, and the whole experience was completely hassle free. I couldn’t recommend Steve highly enough and will definitely be using him again in the future.
