I honestly couldn’t recommend Danica enough! She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and made the whole process of arranging my new car so easy.
She was incredibly patient, always quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated and reassured throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help get everything sorted for me.

Excellent Service from Steve Tranter at VIP Gateway – Highly Recommended

I would like to give particular recognition to Steve Tranter, Sales Advisor at VIP Gateway, for the excellent service he provided throughout our experience.

Steve was always extremely quick to respond to both emails and telephone calls, which made a real difference whenever we had a question or an issue that needed resolving.

What particularly impressed us was his willingness to go the extra mile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and Steve was always on hand to help sort out any problems that arose.

He also did an excellent job of liaising between the sales and after-sales teams. Rather than simply passing us from one department to another, Steve remained involved and helped ensure there was continuity throughout the process.

Buying or leasing a new car doesn’t always go entirely to plan, and I think the real test of good customer service is how someone responds when problems do occur. Steve was approachable, responsive and helpful throughout, and we felt that he genuinely wanted to make sure matters were resolved satisfactorily.

Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve Tranter at VIP Gateway. He is a credit to the company and an excellent example of how customer service should be handled.
